What should I keep and what should I drop/trade?

I would say, drop everything but the AK 101, shottie, and the flash bang. Shottie is better than the pistols and the Ak kicks butt. You can see if the trade can happen on a persistance server so you can stash the keeper items somewhere safe, just incase the other party is less than trust worthy. Or just run thru the barracks in Zeleno to find the mags you need and keep an eye out for a PS0 scope too. -
So vehicles are finally out? No, but I do look like a car here.

I would like to see something rare from a NPC in exchange for whatever they want. But the NPC should be Rare like the "man on Green Mt.", he could have a story. Like he wants tools so he can fix the radio tower and if you give him all the things on his list the man will broadcast from the tower, ie the walkie talkie will be useful.

Okay, this must be your playing style, because I've been to every city, walking not running the whole way mind you, on the Chernarus map. Can't wait for at least a bike to ride. Maybe set up a travel log, pics in all the locations. Everyone loves Selfies.

I must say, sometimes after getting in a fire fight, I need to go to the bathroom and take a Dump! Oh does it feel good, I recommend everyone try it at least once.

The Izurvive map has less clutter and more information, you can see electrical lines, deer trails, paved/dirt roads, and topography lines. I don't need to see pictures of houses and tree lines, while they look great on DayZBD I think it's just distracting. Information is power! If you don't use any kind of map or look down on those who do then you are just an arrogant fool. Anyone can memorize a path from one location to another, but to understand the environment and work it to your advantage is key to any engagement.

Yes, in any room in the ghetto like, tall apartment building. Have to go through every room, every floor, in all of those type of buildings for 1 tent. But the tent holds 100 slots and is cool as sh!t. -
I never realized how much stuff is in this game.If you haven't been here since early on, you will miss alot from dev reports and the like. No manual, no instructions, just your own insight. Stay away from everyone & everything! Find a tent in Cherno apartment buildings (tall getto style with a ladder to get in), put it some where safe, and stock up on books to read. PS Good job on spacing the post out, and making complete sentences.

No a admin/host/owner will get that many pings. Not hacking but another bug with the build. -
Try verify cashe on your side, or jump in to exp and back into normal. It helped with the "no message recieved" count down happening every 10 minutes, now it happens less often.
