The Z's can actually be locked in/out of a building now, however sometimes one makes it thru the doors. But a LOT less Z's running thru walls but it happens sometimes.

I would love to see a bike, because I would think that it has LESS parts to locate and/or assemble to make it work. So it won't be that big of a deal when it gets stolen. And be less likely to get killed over it, being a low value item. Anything is better than WALKING every where, even a skate board would be welcome.

Could be true however NO items remained to indicate that it was stolen. It doesn't matter either way, not until fortification is an option. Having the tent was cool but it did make me a bit more careless because I had reserves to go back to.

Well you guys are not missing anything, because it will still disappear after three or four days. I had one with some food/water, a change of clothes, pistol, and a Mosin. I removed everything once to update the items plus moved the tent a few feet but still the whole thing disappeared. And "NO" it was not found by anyone, it was placed WAY out of the way of any routes to good loot locations or towns. However when the Tents are working correctly they are worth the time to find them!

I almost never run back for my gear, unless it was a glitch stair death or some other stupid way to die. But if it's player death, then respawn and move on with life (on different server)

I would love a "kill cam" because there are so many questionable deaths like did the fire extingisher brake my leg and then I fell down the stairs to my death OR did a sniper get me from the hill outside the window.

I like the idea of dragging a dead body better than the old "hide" option that was in the game. I feel better if there are no bodies, human or Z's, crowding the places I'm hanging out at.

Well the wipe to be every other update, or every third one, that would be good for testing results and honesty for players.

I think it's Okay to eat other survivors. Just so long as you can be alive to taunt the nasty people eating your leg!!!!

The well problem doesn't bother me, because I've been using ponds for a long time already. But that will change as soon as they put in diseases/infections and how ever that effects the water.

I've used that gun and it was a 1 hit kill. I don't know if the other guy was med/low health but he went down like a bag of potatoes. He was sniping out of Novo apartments and he was shooting up the tower. So it was easy pickings for me, across the street at another apartment building. But as to range for it, I don't know.

No one looted, because the tents remain. But the items inside tend to disappear. You need to leave one spot open so you can drop rags or whatever in it and refresh the tent. Otherwise check the server ping # try to interact with it when it's under 50 and low pop, it may help. But just know if you don't interact with the items and/or tent they will be gone after 15 restarts or 60 hours (or something like that). I was working a lot of overtime and for a week I couldn't play. So when I finally got on and ran to my tent location on the server it was parked on, everything was gone. Now it was in a real good spot and no one would have just come across it, so it was not stolen.

I don't care what happens as long as i can wear ladies clothes and put panties on my head , it's all good.

And JohnBarlyCorn seems to have done it himself as well. It's not just sand but river rock and gravel. The Doctor explained it just about the same way as John did, sunburn for the eyes. The crap he gave me was just basicly Visine, almost useless, but he said it was going to help. The light is BRIGHT and I got Flash Burn from reflected light off the duct work in the room. We had a weld screen between us but just did not think about the sheet metal ducts around the room. So now a dayz you will never see me looking at or near anyone else's welding flash, reflected or otherwise.

Exp is testing out 50 people servers but they had 75 for a short while (like hours only). Hopefully with the new "complete engine" release the number of players will go up.

Cool thank you for the info. Since I placed my tent, the server it was on has not been up. Crashed it maybe, with keeping the guns in it, Mosin, SkS, and some bullets for each, also a change of clothes (nothing in pockets). I was able to stick food and Books in it and no issues(testing it out), but as soon as I put in some fire power for later use... Have not seen the official generic name pers. on server in a week or more. W T F
