Gave up on any/all consoles for DayZ on the PC!

The DayZ movement is DEAD. H1Z1, whatever that junk was on Xbox (ApoxZ), and other knock offs have slammed the door and nailed the windows shut. They are all crap, but because they are "finished" complete games people think of them first before DayZ SA, in it's Alpha Stage. Those games can NOT compare to DayZ , I understand. But ignorance is bliss and morons will speak to other idiots with facts that are really opinions. And word of mouth is stronger than any paid advertising. Then again missed deadline after missed deadline doesn't help keep up good faith At this point, I hope this is all just the foundation for a DAYZ 2! And not just a Bohemia Interactive Engine build project.

Let us all NOT forget that when the Z's come back, laggy BS will follow. Let them be gone until they work well with the game AND players -
New renderer - When will we see it or at least get some kind of timeline?

I am forced to agree. I just hope there will still be some people willing/wanting to play DayZ in a few months. It is after all a player/player interaction game, and that is where most of the fun is at. Otherwise I do have Fallout 4 to look forward to playing, until this game is in better condition to enjoy. -
FUNNY as HE'LL!! Oh so good

WHAT SHOULD BE ADDED TO DAYZ?

I just wanted to see POOPING in the game. It would keep the KOS snipers on their toes every time they had to stand up and take care of that. -

Totally agree with that!! I had more fun running inland to starve, then getting shot up in Electro. -
If you SHOOT it, they will come!

I would agree, combination of loaded/unloaded, with/without items(mags, scopes, ect) in town near by.

Ya I don't like how the new item storage system removes the item from your bag/pants when in your hands. When running thru a town with my gun out, picking up food, the food starts filling in the slots for the FNX. So when I go to put the gun away it gets dropped because the slots for it have been filled by the food and drinks I picked up. I understand the reason for it, It's in my hand not in my bag, but the slots for it should be saved for it until I remove it and put it on the floor

To tell the truth, I had more fun trying to find food and only finding my own death(starvation). The thing is, if everything was found easily, as other patches have been, then there is no struggle and gets boring fast. People say the PvP is fun, but in my experience the lag and/or desync kills that style for me. I can always play COD for that playing style, because when I shoot someone in the head, they die. But currently this game is not optimized for the Player/Player interactions, sure it can be done but it is painful to do so. And then the survival style doesn't work so well without the persistent loot system, ie tents. So yes I had more fun on the starving patches. Not because of lack of food but, more so because of lack of Everything. No ammo/guns means more talking and interactions
