Something you can drive with 7+ people :)

I personally play 3pp atm, but i will switch to 1pp only as soon as i will die. Reason for this is plain simple: It is way harder to spot other people in 1PP, so people that are trying to sneak and avoid people have a huge advantage. You have to play with much more sense about what is going on around you.

Have your mates covering the dead body? Let them loot your main stuff and meet them somewhere else to get at least something back. You are alone? Get new gear. At least that is my way.

Hey guys, as the title says, i want to know where you guys normally play. Most of the time i am in the northwestern part of chernarus with my friends, trying to get some nice squad-action. (PS. No banditry, we are helping bambis etc,.. We only start gunfights in military areas, where people should be aware that players will KoS) Funny thing is, when we join a server with almost 40 people online, sometimes we can chill out on the Northwestairfield for hours, and nothing happens, while we had so many close contacts with other players when there were only 5 other guys on the whole map. (Imagine, you are walking straight to the prison-door, suddenly it went open and three fully equipped guys are sitting in the entry, aiming at us. That scared the shit out of me. Fortunately, none of us (and none of the other team) died, as we managed it to run away quickly. We followed them another 20 minutes and decided not to engage, because we only had 8 bullets of mosin ammo at this time and we were not sure if that is enough to take them down. What i do not like is Berezino and the other larger cities near the coast. First of my fps are horrible, second, there are way too many bambi-killers, third, people are camping all day long, no movement, no flanking, etc etc. And as a last reason i believe that most of the hackers are playing in Berezino. Where do you guys play? (and how do you play? survival-only? or squad vs squad action? )

Well, it happened this day, when i was at the Vybor Military Compound with two friends. We were in the prison, scanned the baracks before and as there were no other people ´til then, we went in the prison all together. Closed the door, looted our stuff, decided to continue to Vybor thereafter. Then we opened the door just in the moment, when there was another player standing outside the door. (So far so good, great experience, the shock was instant... ;) ) I had my mosin in my hand and i had him in scope, when i heard a sudden "don´t shoot, i am friendly!!!" He lowered his weapon and ran away, i could have easily killed him if i wanted to do so, but i decided to let him go. (notice, we followed him but soon lost eyes on him, as he disappeared between the trees) End of story? We just sorted ourselves as it was quite a shock, but 20 seconds later the first shots of this idiot hit me and one of my buddies, we were both dead right off the moment. I was lucky that i just saw him a second before he killed me, standing in a corner and aiming at us. My second buddy managed to run away, but seriously??????? We let him alive cause we tried to be as friendly as one could be... and then this stupid idiot killed us, not a minute after he told us that he is friendly? Dude (in case you read this....) , if you kill us in a fair PvP gunfight, you would have deserved the loot (fully geared mosin, M4, good camo-stuff) but this was simply bullshit. For me, it is plain simple, i will kill everything i see from now on, i won´t trust anyone beside my buddies, until i get proof that there are other players who are honest and fair. Just felt that i have to say this, hopefully you won´t meet me in DayZ during the upcoming days as i am totally pissed off right now. (Managed to kill another fully geared guy with a Machete as fresh spawn... totally worth.. i didn´t even pick up his loot, i was simply pissed :P sorry for that..) I really hope, that i will never have an equal situation, and i hope the same for you... Nothing against a fair squad vs squad gunfight, but "hey i am friendly! BAM BAM BAM " is not why i play this game.

around 150 hours in squad, another 30 hours solo... never happened to me before.. so do we in general, this time it was the simple fact that he yelled this "don´t shoot, don´t shoot i am friendly" just in the second i wanted to shoot. I was simply annoyed by the fact that there are idiots like this guy, who can ruin the whole experience... Imagine this guy walking away in a peaceful manner.. You would think "What a great experience, meeting a friendly player at military loot-spots". Now i am more like: "If there´s any movement, you´d better be far away" I just had to share this, not only because we found a wonderful M4 at a Helicrash 15 minutes before with like every attachement you need (Pristine everything) and now this guy has it on his hands.... (well, i guess he is probably dead by now, at least i hope so...) I decided to give "friendly gaming" another chance, but i guess if i meet another guy like this, KoS will be my new best friend in DayZ... (As mentioned before, we like good PvP around the NWAF, squad against squad, thrilling actions, great sniper-shots etc and i don´t mind beeing killed by any of these, but this was.... annoying :P ) Thanks anyways for your answers, at least some people who seem cool to me ;)
