    Hi, I've been playing Dayz for a couple days now, and I've yet to come across a weapon. I've been in Elek, polov (sorry, trying to remember the names). For the most part I run near (not on) a road until I hit a town, then I crawl around into houses and the like looking for stuff. I've found ammo and plenty of flares and other crap, but no weapons (I actually did find a rack of AK-47s in an army medical tent, but they couldn't be picked up). Obviously others are having success with Dayz and I'm doing something wrong. What do I need to change?
