    Really bad performance issues

Alright, probably the things I'm upgrading pretty soon are gonna be HDD and CPU. I've been looking for something to OC my CPU but I can't find much.

DayZ is the 1st game to bring my PC to it's knees, no problem from CPU before. Edit: GPU is from same year as CPU

    Really bad performance issues

I'm not sure if you thought I upgraded the laptop to different parts, I completely bought a new PC. But yeah I'm just guessing the game is CPU heavy because it wouldn't make sense for my GPU to be getting destroyed by this game.
  4. So I played a bit of DayZ SA on my crappy old intel i3 laptop with integrated graphics, I got 15-30 fps on minimal, this was all to be expected with it being a laptop. I finally got DayZ on my new pc and I'm getting nearly the same performance my laptop did. Pretty annoyed, couldn't even kill someone who was unarmed while I had a crowbar and I still got killed. I don't see how my PC runs it so bad when there is mass amounts of people asking if their integrated graphics laptop can run it or not.' Specs: Intel Q9500 CPU Nvidia GTX 460 GPU 4 GB RAM 500 GB HDD Windows 7 64 Bit probably next thing I'm going to try is overclocking even though I tried to avoid it at all costs, when I left DayZ last I was in a small town getting constant 15 FPS on basically minimal settings besides textures being on low instead of very low. Games I can play that make me question this: BF3 55-60 FPS on Medium Bioshock Infinite 55-60 FPS on Medium Metro Last Light 50-60 FPS on High GTA 4 40-50 FPS on High Payday 2 60 FPS on Max
