So I have been playing for a couple of weeks and here are some things that I would like to see added. I think it would make the game a bit more challenging and it would add consequences to using certain medical items too often. Addictions This status effect would apply to morphine and possibly painkillers. This would encourage players to avoid combat more and take the sneaky route to avoid breaking legs or being in pain. Once a player has an addiction, their screen can either blur when they have a craving or it can start shaking similar to pain. The player can either wait it out for long period of time, or they can take a dose of medicine to get a temporary fix. I think this would be a fun little addition to the game. Diabetes This status effect would come about from using soda (or pop for you northerners) too often as a substitute for water. I feel like I personally use soda more often in this game than water just because it is everywhere. In real life, soda is no substitute for water. So I suggest that diabetes should be added to the game. If you drink soda too often for X time, then you contract diabetes. This would require adding a new medical item to the game, Insulin. The player would be able to drink soda so long as they take their shot. I also think alcohol bottles should be added to the game. Thanks for reading. Keep up the great work.
