Anyone willing to trade an AK101 30rd mag + 160 rounds for an AKM drum mag? Also, I have this annoying message that says my leg is in pain, but it isn't broken. I've tried pain killers, vitamins, and 2 epinephrine shots, and nothing is working. Epinephrine has always worked for me in the past. I'll trade some stuff for whatever I need to get this fixed.

According to the DayZdb map, the bipod no longer spawns anywhere, making it essentially a "retired" item like many others. I'm not really sure how that map is created, but I'm assuming it's using game files to see where each item is coded to spawn. But someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I couldn't agree more. Making loot more rare did NOT make this game more enjoyable. All it's done is strengthen the server hoppers and weaken everyone else.

HAHA what kind of sick twisted dev thought of doing this??? Imagine what this pit will be like once persistence starts working.

The reason I play 3p is because due to this game being so poorly optimized, even with my i7 and SLI GPU, most of my settings have to be turned down low. Anti-alias, which sharpens edges, is off. In 1p view, everything "sways" more, even when standing still or crouched. Even with the simple head bobbing, everything looks like its moving. Nothing looks stationary, and it's extremely difficult to see a player moving through town when all the edges on every object look like they're moving as well. And it's worse when you're running. It's just a horrible experience to me. Maybe one day, if DayZ ever reaches an acceptable level of optimization, I'll play more 1p. But right now, it's just unplayable for me. A major benefit to 1p, though, is increased fps. But still, it's not enough for me to turn AA on high.

Well damaged SKS scopes are near to impossible to see through. Does it not matter for the ps0-1?

I use the y510p with GT 755m SLI, i74700mq, and 16gb of RAM, and FPS is a shame. But everyone knows this, and It's an Alpha, so I guess that's an excuse. ;) Anywho, best thing for you to do is download a program that will display your fps in the top corner of your screen, go to a major city like Novo or Cherno, and keep changing different settings. Some you'll be able to change all the way to "very high" and not see a single frame of difference. Others are extremely noticeable. And don't worry about the launch options. I've tried them all, and none of them make a single bit of difference. The only ones I use are -nosplash and -skipintro just so I can get in a game quicker.

If you buy dayz again on a different steam account, you will not be banned so long as you don't hack, man.
