Hi On experimental the loot gets thinner on the ground as it gets further away from the reset day (Wednesday). In this video I highlight a couple of good places to visit when loot is getting scarce on the persistent servers. I appreciate there are pockets on the map where loot is all over the place (at Veresnik on some servers there are 30 or so back packs for example). That's not why I shot him. I shot him because the guy I'd just met spoke to him and then the guy I shot pulled his weapon out instead of talking back, the guy I'd just met then shot at him leaving me a split second to decide what to do. As soon as the guy I hit started talking I stopped firing, he then returned fire so I carried on. If you have your gun lowered and talk back I wouldn't fire first as per pretty much all my vids. However if you raise your gun or don't talk back and act like you are up to something then I will decide on what I think you are up to. I did try to explain in the vid. The guy could still have rescued it when he started talking but instead he fired and then that was that. It wasn't ideal but these things happen in split seconds....

Hi, Swimming against the tide of getting DayZ'd by stairs etc or killed by hackers. This is one example of many that I could have picked for the last 10 days. Last thing. Don't do a lot of the above, you will just kid yourself. If you play with a guy and you click and then you sub each other cos you wanna see their vids, that may work. There are people out there with 500 subs who can't get 50 views on a vid, sub for subs are normally worthless cos they don't watch your vids ever. You need people to sub for you and your content, not for one in return...

Blimey the old NE airfield, you've been sitting on that for a while! I thought the bit in the middle was nice. I will give you two pieces of advise..... 1- Be careful with intro and outro lengths on short vids. Mine are 10 secs ish long on 15 min vids. This video is only 1 min 23 secs yet the intro and outro are half of the video. There is only 42 secs of actual footage. The DayZ intro is kinda over used, it looks good but it wont differentiate you from a 1000 other people. 2- Don't ask for subscribers apart from maybe at the end of your video and in the message that you can type along side the video. If you ask people to subscribe before they have watched the video it's a turn off. If you focus on making good videos that people enjoy, you will grow your channel.

Yeah! I felt a bit sick at the time though. I had the Vybor spawn and on a full pop servr I managed to find two crash sites so had two grenades and loads of loot. Normally I don't go full milatary, I guess that is why!

Thanks! I play a lot of first too, my vids lately have probably been 50/50 split. I tend to just play which one I feel like playing. Hcore still feels really intense to me and I probably would have ran there if it was hcore. However I play third when I feel like having fun, I play the game in a similar way but with the intensity lowered, it is enjoyable in a different way. Third is different and involves different tactics but I wouldn't say it is less tactical. In some areas you could argue first is easier to play (if you play careful and use cover correctly you are far less likely to be spotted at all in first).

I don't normally shoot any new spawn unless they keep following me and I've asked them not to. It was the last bit that got me thinking about this vid, he basically shouts at any other player when he has no gear. I know it's really common but it really wound me up for once.....

I agree with a lot of this where you are talking about play style and the Zombie threat (I think there is currently a bit more to the game than you do!). I don't like the KOS play style, to be honest I don't particularly wanna watch a video on it unless it adds a lot of humour to it somehow. However KOSing needs to be part of the game. I need the risk factor that gets my adrenalin going when I choose to talk to players who are geared. I like the gamble of will they / wont they shoot, it gives my play style some risk for the reward of meeting a friendly player and going on an adventure. I don't like the KOS play style but if it didn't exist the game would not be the same. People need to be careful what they wish for IMO.
