Hey guys, I have a question about some of the symbols that pop up when you're attacked and what-not. I can't figure out what the symbol that looks like a synaptic gap means. I had it on me after I was attacked then It just went away. I know what the broken bone one is. If someone could tell me or point me to a post that already has these definitions that would be great.

Make sure that your flares and grenades are in your main inventory when you hit G, not in your backpack. Then hitting F will cycle through your fire selector if you have a weapon with automatic or burst, then you'll see flares and grenade.
