The servers have been experiencing issues the last 24 hours or so due to an attack to the main server(s) that are required(Hive), which might be your problem. A lot of people were having problems connecting, and some still are, if you are stuck on the "Waiting for Character to create" screen, I'd suggest waiting for a bit.

Being part of a group that is NwO's Kill on sight group (KoS, you can ask anyone in NwO, they are ordered to kill us on sight under any circumstance.) We have raided their camps so many times, killed them a hundred times and we have not been banned yet. NwO are to be fair, really cool people with the exception of a few that are kind of dumb, but a few of them are tolerable and they are friendly to strangers that they stumble on. The only time they will shoot you is if you pose as a threat, aiming at them and not answering if they ask if you're friendly, etc. Please don't come and say that they ban you for taking their stuff, they rarely ban people. //KoS | Tobee

I found an M136 in a bus earlier today, but sadly no rockets were there. Later when we had parked our bus in the forest, me and my friend decided to put a few weapons that we found in the bus in our bags, I took the m136 and I noticed that it had the green bar that ammo has. Does that mean that a rocket has been loaded in it?

That was a legit crate. Medical supply crates can spawn at heli-crash sites. If you are insecure about loot you see before you, go to the dayz spreadsheet here: http://picacid.com/arma2/loot_en.html It will show what loot can spawn where.
