Naykon (DayZ)

Are there any plans to be able to chamber rounds by hitting 'R' instead of having to manually go into the menu>right click>chamber round? (for example when you don't have a pistol magazine and you're being repeatedly punched in the face....) Thanks

I can appreciate it should take longer than switching mags, but I would still prefer to hit 'R' and see a slightly longer reload animation...

Time survived would be nice with a few stats, maybe a RIP with a gravestone and some blood or something. NO TO KIDDIES KILL CAM

The barrel is much more likely to foul and the weapon jam before you "break" your shoulder. Weapon jamming and maintenance based on item condition would be a much better way of implementing the ideas your talking about.

I would have shot you for your lack of dignity and saying "don't hurt me i'll do anything you want"..... but only because i'm not into that kind of thing..... each to their own i guess.

For me the mod added a lot of cool features, I like a lot of the ideas in Project Zomboid which would be cool to have in DayZ I.e fortifying buildings with hammers and nails, (PZ) putting sheets up at the windows (PZ) farming, seeds tools etc, being able to live off the land and be self sufficient (PZ) crafting water butts that fill when it rains, used for drinking and growing crops (PZ) some others: natural resources - oil wells (crafting distillation equipment for petrol for vehicles), Wood, Stone, (for construction) guilds/clans - territory ownership and the claim to the resources within those territories in depth character creation, weight/height/occupation/traits etc.

i'd like to see more changing weather, snow etc in the north. Project Zomboid has some great ideas for making survival harder

In the time between this patch and the Standalone.... who really cares about a few new tins/coke cans being added to the mod? Ridiculous!

Actually for an Alpha I find this mod very stable.

I would say your looking at 30-50fps, main thing is CPU for this game, fps drop can be heavy in built up areas, mightier processor the better!
