Thanks guys. Just wanted to be sure. Time to hunt some bandits! :D

....I don't even know where to start with a reply to that. Bandits don't bother me. I've died to them maybe four times. I can recall, with clarity, all the times I've ever been killed by other players. Once in the NWAF airfield, by a server hopper. He had a .50. Once at the big red-and-white tower. That was the first time I had a DMR. I was bummed about that. one time, I was following my friend who had a pair of NVG's, on a night server. I didn't have NVG's. We ended up in a firefight at Stary. My friend got himself killed, and I don't log out. So, of course, when I threw flares to blind the enemies and tried to run away, I was killed by a silenced weapon. Hmmmm, when else? Honestly can't remember off the top of my head. I guess you could include my forays into non-hive servers, too. At which point you should add being killed by a ghillie-suited guy with an M9 silenced to the list. Having a hacker teleport behind me with a .50 sniper rifle and shoot me too. Oh, let's not forget the tunguska on the shoreline in the far west of the coastline. That killed me once or twice. But other than that... I just...don't die a whole lot in DayZ, Maybe I'm brilliantly lucky? Or maybe I'm just cautious. Simple fact is, you're going to have to get it through that thick skull that this isn't a thread about bandits. This is a thread about MURDERERS. Yeah, I mislabeled them bandits earlier. If this game didn't have the rampant murderous 'bandits' mindlessly killing everything in sight, then it would be so fucking ace. Why? Because there'd be a shift in the very foundation of the community, I think. New guys would actually have a chance. Without the meaningless deaths to instill in every single player that no one is to be trusted ever ever EVER, they'd actually be willing to party up. When someone said 'Friendly!' they might actually take it at face value. I've said it already a few times. Without bandits, this game would be boring. but it's the mindless bandit murderers who sit on the shoreline trying to rack up a frigging high score of player kills that ruin the game. And it's not even that big of a deal, really. The real problem is that the community and the mid-game push people TOWARDS these goals. Not specifically, no. But without anything else to do, and with youtube videos all up in their faces trying to show them that 'shooting people on Dayz is fun!' the majority of people already are, or WILL resort to pure murderous rampages to try and liven up their game. The game is EASY. And when you know how to avoid other players, like, you know, holding down ALT and looking around when you're running, sticking to the trees, observing zombie spawns from a distance, playing on servers that DON'T have 50 people on them constantly; then the game just gets boring. I've seen it. I've experienced it. I'm one of the rare people who got bored with the game, and didn't resort to sitting in Cherno shooting at the noobs. I'm one of the even rarer ones who decided to point all of this shit out on the forums. [sarcasm]But no. You got me. I'm just secretly really bad at the game and get killed by bandits all the time every day. I can't even make it off the beach without dying because I run up to other players shouting 'friendly!' every time I see them and pointing my brand spanking new makarov in their faces! And god, those snipers. I just keep falling over dead. I thought it was divine intervention there for a while. Or a glitch. But nope, it's them dang snipers. [/sarcasm] Yeah, I added sarcasm brackets. Why? I don't beleive you're capable of picking up on that subtlety. Or any subtlety at all, really. Not once in my first post did I make any allusions to wanting bandits gone. I never said anything like that. I never suggested it. But lol, I said that bandits were a 'problem'. So obviously, I must just be DYING to them all the time. You guys are putting 2 and 2 together and coming up with fucking algebra. I LIKE bandits. Fuck, you could probably consider ME a bandit (before I joined the regulators, at least). When I was running with my friend, everyone was fair game. If it moved, we shot it. But I was a bandit. I was not a mindless murderer. When I killed them, I killed them for their loot. I didn't kill them because I wanted a high score, or because I was bored. And it's these mindless murderers that are dragging the game down. Yeah, sure, say that they'll always be there. You're preaching to the choir. I know they'll be there. Nothing will get rid of them. And you know what? Let them do it. If it makes them happy, they can go right ahead. Keep the noobs on their toes. But like I said in the opening post, the game is PUSHING people towards this end game, and the community is reinforcing what the game is already doing. The mindless murderers in the servers are growing. See those sales figures? More 'casual' gamers looking for a quick deathmatch game because they saw a sick helicopter raid on youtube. Sure, some decent gamers get through, but guess what? They're quickly lost in the deluge of people killing for cheap, quick kills. these are problems with the game, AND the community. I didn't make this thread to try and change that. I made this thread for awareness. And you know what? 9000 views. Maybe I got through to some people. Made them think a little bit. (actually, scrap that last bit. After the replies to this thread, I'm beginning to the think the average forum goer doesn't really THINK at all.) Now please, tell me to QQ more and learn to play against bandits. And then go back to trawling the forums looking for people who are actually having trouble, so you can dump on them, too. Be a good little childish gamer and let the adults have a thread.
-
Read the post before yours. You know, if you can comprehend anything beyond 'qq more' any more.

I think you deserve a prize for being the HUNDREDTH FUCKING PERSON TO SAY THIS. Jesus. Fucking. H. Christ. Are you all retarded? Did I once say 'This game is in DECLINE because'? Did I say 'This game is not SELLING because'? No. I said it's FAILING. fail·ure (flyr) n. 1. The condition or fact of not achieving the desired end or ends: the failure of an experiment. 2. One that fails: a failure at one's career. 3. The condition or fact of being insufficient or falling short: a crop failure. 4. A cessation of proper functioning or performance: a power failure. 5. Nonperformance of what is requested or expected; omission: failure to report a change of address. 6. The act or fact of failing to pass a course, test, or assignment. 7. A decline in strength or effectiveness. 8. The act or fact of becoming bankrupt or insolvent. I highlighted the ones that apply, as a great many of you obviously lack basic reading comprehension and don't understand anything more subtle than a brick to the face. This mod sets out to be something different. But it's not. It's deathmatch with zombies. You find kit, you kill noobs. That's it. The end result is always the same. No matter how many 'oh hey, I made up a NEW thing to do!' ideas you come up. the be-all, end-all of this mod for the majority of its players is to just kill other players. Not survive, like it's supposed to be. Just kill. And this is reinforced by both the game design and the community. Grow. A. Fucking. Brain. PLEASE.
-
My god. I didn't truly realise how many retards were on the forums when I made this thread... I put it right there in the first post...I've never been sniped. Not once. Well, unless you count that one time I died to a sniper spawning literally in front of my in the barracks and blowing my head off with a .50. That's not really getting sniped, though. I don't get killed by bandits. I know how to find my shit. But I discovered something. You have nothing to do once you know all how to gain all these items with ease. I don't want to go kill noobs. I don't want to have to go spoil someone elses fun. That just isn't fun to me, because I'm not that kind of person. And I can't go HELP people, because guess what? The community has already skewed the gameplay towards 'shoot on FUCKING SIGHT!' so far that 98% of people will shoot you before attempting to talk to you, and 80% will STILL shoot you even if you announce 'friendly'. Bandits make this game fun. But rampant CoD fuckstains strung along the coast and up at the NW portions of the map have ruined the game. The game is what we make it yes. And we've made it crap. Maybe not crap for you, who likes to sit in the grass with a sniper rifle and shoot people for fun. No. We've made the game shite for everyone ELSE.

I'd like to see Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDS) added to DayZ
Xianyu replied to Epic Jerni's topic in DayZ Mod Suggestions
I would actually like this. But I think they'd need something more. Something rarer. A detonator. trip-wire IED's are a greifers DREAM. They require no maintanence to blow up. but if the bomb needs to be detonated, by, say, a radio device, then you've opened up a whole new world. Spot an IED? You know that someone is nearby waiting with their finger on the trigger to blow it up. But there is another issue. Giving players large amounts of explosive ordinance allows them to greif by just...blowing up every building they come across. I mean, sure, if you pack five IED's into a church, that thing should go DOWN. But just one or two should cause only superficial damage, and leave the structure intact. Nothing quite like getting on a hacked server by accident and finding that Elektro has been flattened. Hence, I think IED's should be specifically anti personel. You know, bottles of nails and shit. Maybe even allow us to turn backpacks into explosive devices. You activate the trapped backpack, and BOOM. No more survivor. Would be fun. But also so greifable. -
Cherno snipers getting lazy
Xianyu replied to [email protected]'s topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
Video or it didn't happen. -
All of that, sans the solution, is what I've been trying to say since the start of the thread. Murderers are the poison that's slowly killing this game. But they stem from boredom. Because of no mid-game content. These murderers make people who play the game for non-boredom reasons, play it as bandits and KOS. The current amount of murderers have already skewed the entire communities playstyle.
-
I actually think this could work. Running and firing your weapon at the same time, that is. so long as you can't aim your weapon, and it's EXTREMELY inaccurate. If you're being chased by 15 zombies and you got three ahead of you, you would definitely unload a full clip of an assault rifle in their general direction and hope you took them down instead of stopping to slow down and fire. That being said, running backwards and shooting would only work if the zombies were literally in your face. And at that range...hipfiring would be effective. not to say it'll ever happen in DayZ or Arma.
-
I haven't either. Because I avoid Cherno. And I tend to get away from the beach. Because EVERYONE knows that the beach is a deathtrap. why do I point out Cherno? Because Cherno is ON THE BEACH. As is Elektro. They're the first cities everyone goes to. And hence, the ones where people camp. Same as the Balota airfield. Those three places are murderer haven. If you've never been killed on the beach, you either play on completely deserted servers, are cautious as fuck, and also insanely, insanely lucky.
-
Lawls. I love how you completely ignored my point. And getting shot on the beach doesn't happen often? Ahahahahha. Wanna know why 'Any friendlies in cherno?' is a meme? Because on populated servers there is ALWAYS someone waiting in the grass around Cherno to shoot noobs. Why don't I find the thread from that one guy who went server hopping in cherno LOOKING for snipers in Cherno to kill. He only got...what? 14? in a DAY? But no, you're perfectly right. People camping in cherno with sniper rifles RARELY happens. Not to mention the rest of the beachline. I mean, it's not like the people who go to NWAF come back fully geared and just go crazy shooting noobs for fun. It's not like you could go looking through the forums here for more than ten fucking minutes and find threads indicating such a thing. Or, you know, not like you could use common sense or anything. I understand. Also, bandit skin was removed because it didn't function properly. People were being given the bandit skin for the wrong reasons, like, you know, self defense.
-
I see you have taken it upon yourself to oppose my every point for no reason. You know who says it's a zombie survival game? Rocket. You know who's trying to curb the INSANE lean towards banditry that this game has? Rocket. If you think that the be-all, end-all of this mod is shooting fucking noobs on the beaches, then please. Go right ahead. I feel sorry for you.
-
Yes. A day. Wait until you get shot by every single other player you chance across. I'll ask you about your experiences again in maybe another week.

North Barracks, Busted Leg, No Morphine. What Next?
Xianyu replied to dayZnoob (DayZ)'s topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
the respawn button becomes active when you break your legs. -
How many fucking times am I going to have to read 'Game is top seller on steam! Game is not failing!!!!11111!!11!1!!11!' do people even read this thread? Or do they just read the title and instantly reply? This thread isn't about getting rid of bandits. It isn't about offering incentives to be friendly. It isn't about forcing people to play nice. It isn't about my personal feelings towards bandits (For clarification, while I was looking for a fuck to give about bandits, all I could find was this: http://kevovek.com/blog/IDontCareBear.jpg It's my I-DON'T-FUCKING-CARE bear.) It was me, trying to point out that the main reason this game is failing AS A ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GAME as a MULTIPLAYER GAME, Or even really as a sandbox game, is because everyone is already a bandit, or stuck in the bandit mentality. You are encouraged, by the lack of content itself, to shoot other players for fun. And this encouragement is reinforced over and over again by the community. The removal of side chat is about when I noticed it happening. There are no more 'friendlies' in Chernarus. Everyone is a threat. Even if they have broken legs and no weapons. Playing just today, I was with the Regulators, a clan who isn't all about KOS. Actually, they're about the opposite, really. But anywhore, we were skulking around a town, and we saw one survivor. One. Lemme set the scene. There's me, with a FAL, with four mags. Two guys with ghillie suits. One of them has a crossbow (he just respawned) and an M9. The other has a AKS-74 with a red dot sight. We all laid in the bushes and watched this LONE SURVIVOR loot the deer stand. Not one of us stood up to offer help. Why? because he had a fucking hatchet. Within 40 metres, for the direct communications, he might be able to get one of us before we could drop him. Three guys. With firearms. Against one man with a HATCHET. That is the kind of game this is turning in to. Even against three armed survivors, a single survivor with a hatchet might just say 'fuck it!' and attack us anyway. Why? Because the last six times he saw a guy with a ghillie suit, or even a guy with an assault rifle, he got shot in the face.

Auto-Hover when pilot Times Out/Dc's please.
Xianyu replied to Gashed's topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
Gripping tale, old chap. Such a twist ending! Would be a good stop gap against that kind of thing, though. -
I love how people STILL think I'm complaining about bandits and that I should quit playing the game if I die so much. Jesus christ. Do any of these guys have basic reading comprehension? Hey, morons! I'm talking about the indirect effect all banditry is having on the state of the game and it's future, not my person bandit experiences! The new players are going to stop playing. Why? Because there's no help. Most people seem to forget how utterly fucking impossible this game is for a first-timer. I had trouble back when you started with a makarov. Now you start with a bloody flashlight. If I didn't know where weapons spawned (which I only found out because I LOOKED IT UP, NOT trial and error), then I would have died. And died over. And over. And over. And over. And over. And you get the fucking point. And you know what? It's just not fun when the only options are A) Banditry. B) Respawn. Already, the game is shown in the media (IE, youtube) as being more about 'SICK FUCKING GUNFIGHTS AND HELICOPTER RAIDS!!!!111!!!1!11!!!' than it is about carefully trying to navigate post apocalyptia. The people joining the game to shoot at other people are getting EXACTLY what they want. They get to shoot other players. The people joining who are joining to play a zombie survival? They get to play Bandit-shot-and-respawn with a tiny side dish of zombie survival in between these bandit deaths. The new players that DO stick around quickly learn to shoot first, and never trust ANYONE. EVER. Give that guy a blood transfusion? Fuck. No. Why? because once you're done, he has absolutely no need for you and will probably just shoot you to be a cunt. And why does this happen? Because everyone is a bandit. It's the communities fault, and the fault of the game design. You know what? This is a fucking alpha. We're playtesters. And I'm saying right now that this ALPHA doesn't fucking work as intended. Don't give me some BS about 'Oh but Rocket doesn't want to CONSTRAIN people!' Well guess what? He has. By limiting mid-game content to finding loot and 'surviving' IE, sitting in a fucking corner to see who gets the HIGH SCORE!!!!11!!11!!! He has forced these ALMOST A MILLION players to make choices. The casual gamer says 'fuck it, it's more fun to shoot at people and be a cunt than to sit in the fucking corner and wait.' This is a problem of both community and of game design. But you know what? Rocket is trying to change the game. Why the fuck aren't you?
-
I like DayZ. I'm not going to stop playing it. I will make threads here every now and again and watch you all blindly defend this mod with 'It's an ALPHA!' or 'QQ more!' because I find it amusing. But the point I'm trying to make is: 1. After you know how to get your loot, there is little to do. 2. You've already been killed by bandits 3. There are no penalties to being a murderer. Bandits will always be a part of the game. There will always be someone who kills someone else for their beans rather than gets it themselves. These people will never leave this game, and I wouldn't want them to. But riddle me this: when was the last time you actually sought to team up with someone on a server? When was the last time you trusted someone enough to even allow them within range of direct chat? And have these instances DECREASED, or INCREASED the more you play the game? The current modelling of DayZ pushes you towards banditry. The current community qithout question pushes you towards banditry. I mean, fuck, after being on the forums for a little while, I want to kill people in Cherno myself just on the off chance that one of them is a snot-nosed little prick who posts these retarded bullshit things on the forums. I haven't been killed by a bandit for ages. I am currently on a character that has the largest backpack available, a FAL, plenty of ammo, food, water, NVG's, the lot. I don't die to bandits. But I still see bandits murderers as a problem. And I can see WHY they exist in the first place. Because there is no end mid-game content beyond looting and this game is so HARD already that they get a kick out of killing noobs for no reason. If you believe, in your heart, that this mod is about zombie survival, then please, by all means, set up a stream. Give me the link. And go wandering through cherno on a populated server. I'll get some good laughs. People resort to murdering in this game for fun. Not for food. Not for survival. Just for fun. And after the noobs die to random snipers more than once, or get backstabbed by someone who's just doing it be a cunt, they stop being survivors. They become bandits. There basically aren't any survivors any more. It's bandit HQ, Chernarus. The only survivors left are the ones too naive and new to realise the grim fact that 90% of all players will kill them on sight. And a good 60% of those KOS wouldn't be because 'I'm protecting myself'. It's because 'hey, another player! KILL IT!' The real reason the bandits are winning is because everyone who plays this game, as a product of the game itself, and the community, becomes a bandit. Like someone in this very thread tried to tell me 'If you can't beat em, join em'. And that's what everyone does. Maybe I titled the thread wrong. But that's how I see it. I see DayZ as failing. Maybe not in sales figures, but as a game. Sure, scream 'IT'S A MOD AND AN ALPHA!' all you bloody want. But one truth remains. Even if you've broken your leg, have no weapon, and pose no threat, the average player will STILL shoot you. Until that changes, then DayZ has problems. That isn't killing for protection, or survival. That's killing another player just for 'fun'. And it degenerates the game into deathmatch with zombies, when it could be so much more. This person didn't think 'hey, I could patch this guy up and he could help me!' that thought didn't cross his mind. Why? Because the community in this game are assholes, through and through. Give a gun to a new guy, and he's as likely to shoot you with it as he is to thank you humbly. This is a product of the already jaded, asshole community, and the fact that mid game content of his mod involves shooting other players.
-
People seem to think I have a personal vendetta against bandits. I don't want bandits to be removed. Goodness no. Then the game would be boring as fuck. What I was trying to prove, through that entire block of text in my original post, is that the game funnels you towards banditry, and the community picks apart those that are not. I can find any number of threads detailing this. Most recently, I saw a thread 'are all people like this?' or somesuch. Some guy was wounded, broken legs, no weapon. Asked in direct chat (text) for some help. Guy came out the building. Shot him in the head. This is the mentality that leads to this game being a deathmatch, and ultimately dilutes the entire thing to the point where it's a bandit simulation more than a zombie survival game. I don't go to NWAF. I don't go to Starry. Why? because people like to camp there with sniper rifles JUST to kill other players. It's the only way they can 'have fun'. As I stated in the original post, it is both a flaw of game design, and community. I do not want bandits to be gone. But I really, sincerely wish that the entirety of the end game content of this mod was not banditry. Bandrity begets bandrity. Once you've been killed once or twice, you stop being friendly. You stop allowing others chances to be friendly. You shoot first. I remember every bandit encounter I ever had. I can list them. One, in the south-western coastal village. He was going to spawn kill me. Back when you started with makarov's. He had NVG's, an AS50, silenced M4, silenced M9, the lot. He was fully kitted out, and had nothing better to do than shoot noobs. My friend, however, put a full clip of makarov in his face while he was planning to take me down. We took all his shit. A little while later, Me and the same friend, with the same weapons. I was following him, after dark, and we went to loot Starry. We came across a group of three survivors. They all had NVG's. I tried to use flares, to blind them. Didn't work so well. My friend was killed, I was laying in the grass for a good three minutes waiting to see what would happen. Threw some flares, got up, died. My third bandit encounter was at the NWAF barracks. Me and a different friend were looting, hear footsteps. guy contacts me in direct chat saying that he'd let us go. Right. I told him to come in if he liked. He logged out. I got to the end room in time to see his buddy server-hop into the room. Full clip of M14 later, he was dead. We left the server. A previous time, I was at the barracks. Guy logged in in front of me, AS50, full kit. I didn't want to kill him cheaply. My mistake. He fired, killed me with one round. But do you want to know what experiences banditry has SHAPED? Every single time I've sat in the bushes and watched another player run past. Every single time I've said to myself 'fuck cherno, I'm not getting sniped tonight'. Every single time I've avoided NWAF because I KNOW it's a hotbed for snipers. Every single time I've seen zombies in the distance and avoided the town completely. Perhaps the crowning moment of my survivor interaction came at the radio tower in the centre of the map. Big red and white motherfucker. I was up there, looting around, with my newly found DMR. Saw two guys down below. One of them had aggro'd at LEAST five zombies. I took down four of them with my DMR, and was in the process of taking down the fifth for them, when the second survivor I didn't see shot and killed me. One round. That was probably the moment I decided to stop actively helping other survivors in visual range. He might have shot me because he panicked. I dunno. Thing was, I had to start over. Again. Because I decided to help. So through game design, and the choices of the players, people who help are actively punished, and the people who kill, are actively rewarded with loot. With no repercussions at all. You can't even get their names and go 'hey, watch out for that guy! He's killed before!' For about the last month, I haven't fallen prey to a bandit. I've killed one, but not been killed BY ONE. But every single interaction I've had with other survivors has been shaped by bandits. And shaped by the knowledge that, even if I was bleeding out, with broken legs, and no weapon, the average survivor in this game will STILL go out of his way to kill me. And that is knowledge that we all carry.
-
And when the only people playing this new 'finished game' are all bandits and have chased away all semblence of civility...? This has been in developement long enough for people to point out the crucial flaws. Half of the problem is the community, half of it is the complete lack of end game content. Get loot. Run away from/shoot zombies. Shoot players. Get more loot. There is nothing else. The mentality has already skewed at least 90% of the community to the 'shoot on sight, shoot first' mentality. And with no end game goals to strive for...people just shoot other people for fun, further reinforcing the 'shoot first' mentality. The game might not be failing in numbers, but the gameplay is failing. You know why 'non hive' servers are fun? They have a giant lack of bandits. And usually have side chat. It actually feels like a couple months back, when you could team up with someone you'd never met before. Try that now. Enjoy respawning. :3
-
I love that about this game. The tension of meeting another player and not knowing their intentions. It makes the game more alive when you play it than anything else. You simply don't get that experience anywhere else. But the simple case is, the game has been completely diluted by the deathmatch mentality. There is no more survival. It's all about getting the best gear, and shooting people. There are no more 'chance encounters of friendlies', or if there are, they are so very, very few and far between that they're not noticable. It might as well be Halo, with colour coded clothing. Shoot at the red ones, mate. They're not on your 'team'. It's safer for everyone to assume that the other surivor is a bandit and will betray them, because, 98% of the time, they're right. I would never want banditry to be removed. But the game is just...completely dull without any element of uncertainty. It's lifeless. And the people that agree with me. Well, you won't hear from them. They've already moved on.
-
You all keep parotting that number. DayZ doesn't have a million players. It has a million different ID's that have connected to it, at LEAST ONCE. The actual number of players daily is closer to 50,000. Sure, that's respectable. But the numbers game isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about what the gameplay has degenerated into. There's nothing to do once you get that loot. You just go shoot the noobs. And make the noobs more likely to do the same thing once they get the good loot. They become bandits. Ergo. Game is bandits, bandits, bandits.
-
Okay, when I first started playing, bandits had skins. Two days later, the game was updated. No more skins. For those first two days, I trusted people. Now? I do not. I shoot first because I do not LIKE starting over. And before you start screaming 'QQ more!' or whatever the fuck it is you forum trolls have taken to saying nowadays, know this. I have been killed by other players less than five times. I have never been sniped. I have never been spawn killed while I was defenceless without a weapon. I suggest bringing back bandit skins in a scaled way. Commit some murders; get a bandit skin. Commit more murders; get the second bandit skin. Commit even more murders, and suddenly you're wearing a bloodstained outfit with a necklace of ears around your neck. SOMETHING to differentiate a high-end bandit from other players. Have this effect 'bleed out' over time. That is to say, a long, long period of time playing without murders, and you lose 'bandit points' until your skin reverts to normal. This will mitigate the problems encountered with the old bandit skin. You can't just 'accidentally' kill 20 people in a period of three hours. You won't 'just all of a sudden' become a bandit because you decided to protect yourself. As it stands right now, DayZ simply gives bandits too many advantages. The current anti-bandit measures are a deterrent to 'false survivors'. Bandits masquerading as survivors. Because they have to be close enough for the heartbeat thing to kick in, and have to be AIMING at them. Gunfights in DayZ last all of four seconds. And if you're aiming your weapon at a bandit, you've either snuck up on him (ha!), or ran into him by accident. In which case BOTH of you will likely fire first and ask questions later. Oh, and let me just point out that most banditry takes place in a ghillie suit with a sniper rifle hiding near Cherno. Heartbeats, yay.
-
Actually, most loot hoppers don't spawn directly inside buildings. They spawn away from them. why? because loot doesn't spawn when you log in at the spot exactly. You need to be some way away from it. Not to mention that, while logging in, you're vulnerable.
-
What do you think about non-hive servers?
Xianyu replied to DeadManDan's topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
I fucking love non-hive servers! You know why? NO SERVER HOPPING. There's no little shitstain server hopping in the barracks. No little wanker d/cing to get behind me in the middle of a firefight. No fuckface who'll appear behind me in a room I finished clearing and shoot me in the back of the head. Wanna know what I hate about them? Because they're not official, they're full to the BRIM with hackers,
