I guess I'm lucky that I still visit school. 17 years old and only one year to go. My fellow gamer, I just guess you should manage your time if you have such problems concerning your free time. I hope things get better bro and keep in mind. It's just a game :)

I'm a experienced looter and I can say, the rarest ingame item is the PM73RAK sub machine gun. After hundreds of hours of DayZ I'm yet to see one of those bad boys. In numerous PVP fights, I've seen lots of smersh vest's and high cap' vests. The PM73RAK used to spawn in police stations but somehow they disappeared. Scopes etc. are pretty easy to find if you know where to look for them.

I use the buttons on the side of my mouse to toggle zoom, because im sniping very often with this you can toggle your zoom and prevent it from zooming all the way in.

That sounds nice dude :D I don't want to lie so I'll tell the truth right away. I'm usually going to elektro for PVP. I don't know why I do this every time I'm geared but I just love the PVP aspect of the game. I hope you'll have luck with that ghillie!

Exactly. There is a turbo mode you should acitvate.

Before the patch I was fully geared in elektro, now I updated the game and connected to a server. -> fresh spawn in novo. I thought, hey maybe it's just the server so i connected to another one. -> fresh spawn in berezino. This happens to every server I join, my character gets wiped and I spawn somewhere different. Is somebody experiencing this bug aswelll?

Thank god you replied that fast, I thought I was the only one. I hope there'll be a hotfix for this

Does somebody know how big the new update will be? Like file size? Not more than a gb right? Any information on when the servers will be back online?

Guys no worries, no admin did anything to you. It's a bug that is occuring since september because the Dev's created a spawn for them to spawn as close to the vybor military base as possible. You used to spawn fully energized and fully hydrated. I guess they wanted to remove this "spawn-bug" but somehow they only managed to remove the status bar bug. Nevermind, just take advantage of it and go to the military base/nwaf. :)

I'm seeing people every 10 minutes because I stay at the south coast. Most people are either in cherno/elektro/balota so get yourself some beans and head south

Hey guys, basically I killed 2 guys (w/ hacked m4s, sigh) at the berezino docks (L-Shape) from 900+ meters (without a compensator :O). They were camping, literally, and had two tents right by each other (probably duped tents). Now I looted the bodies, hid the corps' and packed one tent and took it in my hands and switched to a low populated server. Now my question is, does the tent stay at the very same server after a server restart? And it's content? I've heared that it is not working yet or so and that there'll be a hotfix by the devs later this weekend, don't know if it's true though. So have you guys had any experiences so far with the tents? And btw. how do I insert images on my posts? Sorry for that noob question. (Sorry for my bad english, I'm a student, currently living in Germany :D)

Everybody knows it. Going for a loot run, server goes down and then continue and join a full server. But then you see the beauty. Your pimped out character is sexy as hell with all them pristine black cargos. I haven't logged into a server for the past 30 minutes just looking at my character and thinking "Damn.. I can't let this beauty of a guy get killed by a filthy hacker in electro." What are your thoughts? Are you sometimes scared that much that your pimped out character gets killed, that you don't play the game? Btw sorry for my English :) down below is my character ;(

I guess you werent playing the game recently. Most spawns are near elektro and cherno. Basically all around the south coast. IMO the best PVP city is berezino because you can play different playstyles. Many sniper spots like the apartments, towers at the docks. It's also a good PVP city because of the FPS, cause in elektro you are more likely to drop frames in berezino. I remember, like 2 months ago when the spawn points were only around berezino and svet, everybody ran there and had some nice pvp. Nowadays you are most likely to find pvp at elektro, unfortunately many hackers go there too. If you want GOOD PVP you should go to NWAF cause usually hackers arent too patient to go up there. FPS up north west is also pretty nice

Once, I was in electro having a gun fight with a KoS - Bandit. I killed him with my magnum and fell then unconscious. I woke up again, but had no bandages. I tried to find bandages and zombies kept hitting so I kept bleeding. I fell unconscious once again. This kept on repeating for like 5 times, fall unconscious -> get back up again for 10 seconds. I have no idea how I survived that but yeah..

I don't know why everybody is struggeling with zombies as a bambi. As soon a zombie is chasing you, just run into a house and wait for the zombie to follow you. Run out again and shut the door. Works almost everytime. Once I trapped zombies in one little shed and survived.

Are you new to the game? It either means that the server is restarting or you just have lost connection with the internet. Before rejoining the same server, you should probably wait 3-5 minutes to prevent a character reset.

Dude calmdown. He just wants to quit DayZ and uninstall the game. Isn't it better that he doesn't just dump the gear in the woods but gives it to another player instead?
