You can easily find engine parts or main rotor assemblies at those big industrial buildings with a few floors

Try not to run over open fields; use bushes or trees if there are some on the fields you need to cross. Also when traveling, try to avoid cities. Just always look around you when you travel.

Well, my exact question is.. ; What would happen, if you're wearing a ghillie suit, and go hunting players, kill players.. so then your humanity is that low, that you're getting the bandit skin. Will you get the bandit skin or won't you?

Can´t answer all your questions but oh well. Effective range is where your gun is pretty accurate I guess. Above that range, your gun will lack accuracy. If your AKM is zeroed at 800m to make a headshot at someone standing 50m in front of you(Why would anyone do that anyway?), you will need to aim below his head indeed. I think that most guns are zeroed to about 100m, not sure (Just my experiences)
