not funny, and doesnt answer my question. id like an answer from a legitemate member of the DayZ staff.

its not that that im bothered about.. its the fact that some scrawny ass little fuck just typed some shit into a keyboard and ruined mine and my friends day. we had a nice team setup, a uaz too. then bam. dead. not the best thing to happen..

kinda difficult to detect a hacker and do something about him when he cleans the server of all people in one button press...

i was killed by the same hacker, had an m4 and a few other bits of nice gear. rocket should have at least some form of hacker detection in place.. like if AN ENTIRE SERVER OF PLAYERS DIE AT THE SAME TIME.. then the database should notice it and rollback the item data to like 5 mins before the death..

if a player is killed outright by a hacker they should be able to get their stuff back.. i was only just killed by one and i was quite annoyed that id lost my hard earned goods... just an idea after all...

me and a few guys i was playing with were all killed by a hacker, i had a fair few good ish items on me.. on being an M4, and my friends had ak's ghillie suits etc.. then we were killed by a hacker who killed EVERYONE on the server at the same time... was just wondering whether or not me and my friends could get our stuff back..?
