    I dont understand why there is no AUTO RUN KEY!!!

    Easy to resolve. You take a nickel and place it on the W key. Then, you take 6-7 normal weight poker chip and place them on top of the w key. Raise and drop 3 of the them twice in quick succession to result in sprinting. Problem solved, thats how I get from Svet to Bolota while watching Twitch in the sidelines and with my hands off the keyboard.

    That would increase KOS for sure. A fresh spawn wouldnt think twice before spraying a fully geared with their cute starter pistol.

    This would add a dimension to the ability for solo survivors to some how manage taking on groups of 3+. Good idea!

    Great idea! I love to try and survive off the land, and trying to find hooks is SUCH a pain in the ass.

    I like to hear them scream and beg for their lives before I beat them senseless with my bat and then blast them in the head with my Mosin. Just personal preference.

    I feel like we DO need an additional building of interest other than the markets, firestations, jails, and schools. Maybe a hardware store like you suggested, or a Pawn Shop. Good suggestion!

    My squad usually wears very distinct uniforms like Police attire or OREC. Another good indicator is to have your team dress all in black. It looks kick ass and rarely anyone dresses like that,

    I definitely feel like this game needs a little more along the lines of allowing players to be their own custom being. I feel this could be achieved through more clothing which is quite simple and even a few new head wear items could add towards the customization feel of the game ~Airfield

    With their cunning ability to fade through walls and kill you while your loading, they are quite a threat at times. If only they would add hordes...

    DayZ is about players making the storyline. AI and scripting sequences take away from the "players make the plot" viewpoint of DayZ. Its not going to happen.

    How about non-lethal but weapons that require medical attention after use. Such as a harpoon gun.

    What about the ''MODERN BOW''

    A crossbow is just another rendition of the bow. We don't need numerous renditions of the same thing early on in development. We want different things. Once development is farther in, THEN I would imagine they would add non-necessary things like a compound bow. There are also craftable bows that are quite useful.

    Claymores/IED's/Mines

    I would most definitely like to see craftable explosives compared to explosives that are found on crash sites or are in general extremely rare. I like to stick to the woods, and from observing action at airfields and such, I have examined a growing amount of groups ranging from 3-7 members together at once. Even a fully geared survivor with an AKM and a backpack of 75-round drum mags would have trouble confronting these groups alone. Producing explosives would allow for a strategic yet risky approach to dealing with larger groups without having to go suicidal with only your trusty rifle. Crafting explosives would also make your need to loot greater so people are not left spending hours searching for only highly particular things like attachments.

    New Zombie Types

    I have not encountered a zombie that has had anything on it. Mainly cause I gave up on checking them. There should be a variety of zombie types that spawn in different gear. This isn't a BIG priority and I wont push it, but it WOULD be cool. Military Medic Zombie: Wearing military field medic fatigues and has a helmet that, if not ruined, can be taken. They can carry medkits with Worn-Ruined medical supplies and at times have a small caliber pistol. SWAT Zombie: If they added abandoned military checkpoints, they could be there and you could find various military items on them. Survivalist Zombies: The rarest and most dangerous, they are faster and stronger but have survival gear.

    New players will often find that pistols are the most comm guns they find. From experience, I have found that the Magnum is the best firearm on the market for new players. The ammo is common, you can get speed reload-ers, and one shot to the chest will knock a player out, then you just walk up and pop them twice in the head.

    More Aspects of Wilderness Survival

    Playing in the wilderness is peaceful on DayZ's beautiful, large map and it is something I would love to see grow like you all. Thanks for the great response!
