Is there target maximum players in dayz standalone server?. The whole map is very huge for 40 persons. another question, in the current version of dayZ mod, how many players per server is allowed? TIA

Standing in the field beside ropka, I shoot one zombie before i alt tab and browse the internet for news and facebook, when i return to dayz, my character is unconscious. It return to conscious state several time but constantly knock off everytime zombie hits me, eventually i die.

Hi to all I just want to share some things that i experiment and tests for a couple of days about Dayz Tent "feature". Tents disappear when a server crash or restarted. I spent a lot of time searching for a tent, thinking things that i can do with this so called "Tent feature" but ends up blowing it. I test it to top 5 servers available in my area but all are the same. as of the current version, tents are useless.

Standalone is the much stable dayz, and in time it will develop in to a solid great game. mod is just a mod of arma game, you need to have arma game before you can play mod,

Ruined items are not usable, but ruined clothes can still be use. i got shot and my vest is ruined, yes the items in that slot are ruined but i can still use my vest.

When i reload my ak74 from 75 round to 30 round ammo, if you dont have enough space for the 75round, it will vanish to thin air, so beware

When i bump to people without rifle or gun, i assume they are friendly, but when i bump to people that is fully geared, base on my experience, they are killers, so i stalk them and shoot them down using my favorite ak74.

this. one thing about dying, its nice to include the reason of your death rather than deep cold blooded you are dead, just saying

I'm new in dayz, i find this inventory issue is a serious thing. i have the ff: but still not enough for me. largest backpack(larger than hunter's) 6 slot pants 6 slot shirt 10 slot vest 7 case protector. but it seems its not enough, i want to fish and cook food but i cant, my medical, food, weapon, and tools are just enough for the current setup. there are lots of houses,in chernarus and i imagine if one of those can be your permanent place where you can save loots and other stuff.

Some guy shot me when i was walking in bezerin, first shot missed so i raise my surrender hand, he run towards me and shot me in point blank. yeah people in dayz are so mean.

I died for the first time falling from 3 story police station when i got my first gun sks and quickly jump off the building to try the gun, Boom!, pitch dark cold blooded "you are dead" sign just appeared.. well, welcome to dayz mr. Saint

So 80 meters in voice?, does the voice fade when it reach 80m and becomes louder and louder when the player is near to you?

How about logging in and there are 99 seconds count down?, can other players/zombie see your character and kill you?

No crash at all, just server network issue.

Hi my name is Saint, from manila philippines. if anyone wants to play with me in South East Asia servers, im happy to oblige. i'm currently playing alone, staying away from other player as possible as i can. but i killed one player this morning and still feeling bad for it.

My first kill happen this morning. I'm in 2nd floor of one prison building in NWAF near the first 2 hangar at north, when I hear someone shooting with 9mm pistol. I'm nervous and doesn't want to give up my items, because i establish my items from healing, weapons and other useful things. So when the guy open the door, the first thing i saw he's holding his SKS, I panic and i shoot it with my .45 caliber pistol, he fires back but he goes down first. I felt so bad that i kill the guy not knowing if he is enemy. I died many times in the hands of other players. I'm still thinking about the massacre that i did this morning. :(

I'm trying to do the zeroing with my WW2 SKS scope but it's not working. just simple view of scope, no zooming at all. is this a bug? or i need to find better scope that can zoom?
