luckiest: find a little war going on in the firestation, i got in at the end of the firefight, only had 3 guys left to kill. Went in with an enfield, came out with an L85, DMR, 2x GPS, 3x NVG, 2x Rangefinder, M9SD, coyote backpack unluckiest: found a hacker camp with an ammo box with 100 satchel charges in it. decided to put the charges to use and at one of the last charges i pressed detonate charges by accident instead of put down charges.. 2nd unluckiest: get killed by a door at the barracks with maxed out gear as a 3 weeks old character -

The camp was within the borders of them map = nothing that can be considered cheating. I stand by my point that you're a moron since you call people cheaters when you have no clue about the game. -

Server not appearing in the server list ingame

I restarted the server an hour ago and it hasn't shown on the ingame server list since. Another issue we've noticed is that the ping for certain regions has noticeably increased while remaining the same for other regions(for our US players their ping has doubled, for EU players the ping remained the same and for AUS players the ping increased by 30%) This is the server info: (the 6 players are clanmates who were able to see the server through dayz commander, they were also not able to see it in the ingame launcher) What could be the issue here? -

The issue is it doesnt appear in the ingame list, even with all filters off. -
have the same issue, my fps has drastically decreased since 2.3, was at 20 in cities/40 outside, now im stuck on half that.

Because that player is looking for a gun and theres a high chance he will shoot you in the back later on. pretty much the only reasons ive ever let players live - clanmates - fresh spawns - i just spawned in the server and they didnt shoot me on sight

Make field defenses easier to target with your toolbox, problem fixed. Right now you need to point at the tiny spot for like 5 seconds before the option comes up, way too dangerous in a populated city. -

Because that player doesnt want to play in group, simple. You are basicly forcing them to play with you, dont complain then if you get shot after a while. If he was a true bandit, he would have killed you right away. It's funny how it's always the people who get shot who go on the forums and cry about being killed and that bandits should be penalised, while at the same time talk about maturity. If you cant see the irony in this, then you have bigger problems than getting killed in a video game. Killing players has been intended since day 1 since friendly fire is enabled, deal with it. It's not going to change. -

Best item/vehicle you've fount?

My most powerful/favorite guns i've found would be the DMR and M14, both from deerstands. Not including a couple of AS50's from hacker bodies as i despawn them with all the gear on it, it just wouldnt feel right using that. The best tools i've found would be NVG's. Vehicles aren't hard to find at all if you know where to look and theyre pretty even. Helicopter crash loot has been pretty disapointing for me so far, 3 FN FAL's, a Bison SD and an M249 SAW. -
Everyone has been at that point where you just needed that one more part to fix up your vehicle. Ofcourse in that situation the item you're looking for never is there but an abundance of other items which you don't need. What i'm suggesting isnt for items to be balanced spawns(one of each in a factory for example) since i think the current system of randomisation is fine. What i'm thinking of is that parts from vehicles should be detachable. Let's say you find 2 ATV's. Both ATV's need 2 more wheels. What you should be able to do is remove 2 wheels from one ATV and place them on the other one. This doesn't make the game easier in my idea but it does give it more depth. Also another suggestion i would like to make is that crashed helicopter loot should be easier to find on the ground. I've found alot of crashed helicopter spawns in the past week, and i'm not debating whether or not there should be more or less spawns. What i'm simply suggesting is that the loot that is at the helicopter, should be easier to identify. At it's current state, the loot is laying around the helicopter, in the grass. It can be very time consuming to find every part, and even then you can never be completely sure you found everything. As a fix, i would let the gear stay on the same spot, but make the ground it's on stand out more. One idea would be to make the ground "burned out" from the helicopter crash so it's black/grey. A constant color background without vegetation should make gear stand out more and easier to find. I hope these suggestions arent reposts and that you can do something with it.
