The only way to whitelist the server would be to make it private hive. We didn't mean to make it sound like it was going to be. (ie, kicking intentionally, banning) We only use those functions of the server when we come across hackers. We will be hosting trades in various areas, holding down said area until the trader(s) come and do business and leave. There's a chance randoms will show up at these locations and we'll just have to kill them if they pose a threat. We will do trades in more than just 2 locations and we will let you know where to go when and if we agree to trade.

I always used Dayztv as a good source of information. He tweeted that with the release of Update #4 for .53 experimental that "there won't be a character wipe this time"

Well seeing as Brian Hicks announced that there won't be a character wipe after all, I'm opening back up for business. I'll start Helicopter hunting somepoint tomorrow, if there's anything you'd like me to grab, let me know. We'll negotiate a trade afterwards. -Cheers

Everyone's entitled to their own opinions. Agree to disagree eh? Everyone we ran into that night (that we found hackers) was "Berezino bandit" geared, and were looking to kill anything that moves as well. Especially when quite a few of the lot shot first :p If we're going to loose everything in a wipe with .53, might as well have some fun with it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Good luck in Chernarus!

And to OP, you'll learn to be weary of other players the majority of the time. It's Day Z, where people like to kill each other (a lot) for little to no reason. I've been executed by firing squad plenty of times before, and I don't go complain on the forums about it :/ It also doesn't do you well to send a private message to someone on the forums and cuss them out about something either. Try to play a bit more nice -Cheers

I'd rather go down in a firefight, as long as I can get some kills before I go down. I've stopped my trades lately since all I do hunt for players either up along NWAF and military base area or Berezino. Loosing everything? Might as well have some fun with it.

Good evening fellow survivors! DJ18, DownyDan, I, and others will be having coastal shenanigans tonight on our server We'll be on the hunt, waiting for those daring enough to stay on the coast. Kill us and you'll get some good gear. Might as well have some fun before the .53 wipe, right? Good luck everyone! Update* Hunting is now over. We had 12 kills, and only 4 deaths. Finally had some hackers Take my M4 off my back and used a speed hack as I started shooting him with a mosin I found and eventually killed me :p It was a great time though!

Well, my last character finally died (though I had a lot of good shenanigans with it) so I'm back on the radar for more trades. 1 hour after death , I've already got just about everything I need :D Currently have to trade M4A1 (w) grenades flashbang Looking for Smersh backpack (p) 2 x netting 4 x burlap strips

Yes you can. With Gameservers (I don't know how other hosting sites do it) you send in a ticket asking for them to turn it on/off. Usually done within minutes.

Smooth and easy trade with Downydan, and he even threw in some extra protector cases for free. Nice guy, definitely recommend trading with him!

*Update* I've pretty much got everything I need for the moment. To those I've talked to about getting you hooked up, I can now go grab the guns you'd like
