So now we have 2 Dayz ish mods :) Some good names in the 2017 mod line up, the Dead Nation guys i've not heard of. I wish the SA would hurry up so that R4ZOR will be free to mod, I'd bet my money his mod would be the best of them all :D

People got bored with vanilla, private hives exploded in numbers and then people created new mods. Choice is good though :) play what you prefer, there's a server for everyone. -

The path looks like it's an error with the ArmA files, verify the games integrity then retry :) If you're unsure how to do this just search, plenty posts to help you get sorted. -
You could email the host [email protected] and tell them the DNS has been hijacked, they have contol of it. Failing that you could ring them if you're in the UK on 0800 862 0248

^ ^ What Grumpy said ^ ^ It's not that difficult setting up a Dayz server, all you need is your ArmA to be through Steam and some basic Perl knowledge. We went your route once and found both SS and .st to be no good for our needs, manage things yourself gives you full access to do everything and you don't share the server with others.

Depends on the mod, Taviana has them and they spawn in barracks and freshly spawned SUV's

I've been doing that from day one :lol: Origins/GP/KingCunt are just in it for the money, sooner people ditch the shit mod and let it die, the better :) Dayz Unleased will have house building, hopefully that will become the new 'thing' for people who like building houses -
Mission file is most likely your server file :) You adding the NPC script by sarge by any chance ?

The servers mission .pbo file is where you put the custom load screen, It has many names depending on your host or how you created the server.

Technically it isn't :p Most of the code used was stolen from ArmA script creators and then used without permission or credit given, including the Dayz code. The Origins team are the scum of the earth and the sooner people fuck them off and find something else, the better :d hit the cash whores where it hurts ... their wallets. I have high hopes for the new Aftermath mod, that's going to be soooo good. -

It's tricky and risky, you have to be about 1 meter from the rock, you need most of it inside the rock but with the front poking out so you can access it. Make a mistake and you lose it as the rock eats it. -

I long time back you could places tents inside buildings, It was abused and removed, now it has to be flat grass but you can hide them in rocks still. -

SUV is the best vehicle, It's the fastest on road, fast off road and rather silent :D Also has built in GPS for them who don't know the map yet. -
Do you share the PC with anyone else in your household ? Technically the mod isn't a program that can be uninstalled, It's just a bunch of files used by ArmA, them files can't just disappear so i would try searching for them if it happens again and see where they end up.

Donating is ruining this game faster than the hackers

I support donating towards server costs, rewards shouldn't have to be given but people wouldn't donate otherwise :( sad but true so they will most likely stay. I do donate to my favorite server but don't take the rewards, I'm just happy to play on a stable server with decent admins :) Admin abuse bugs me more than given custom loadouts. -
