I'd gladly pay £50 ($80) for a standalone DayZ if it was (mostly) bug free and running on the ArmA 3 engine.

It's a glitch :( Happens now and again but thankfully not that often. I've smashed the glass before and heard the noise but i still couldn't get in, along comes my mate and he walks straight through yet i couldn't ....

Clean install of A2 and OA using files 1.7.2.3 & 94876 and the new 1.60 patch dated 13.07.12 works perfect :) Shame i lost all my previous loot but starting again is better than not playing at all.

I apologise for being a dick :) Maybe i shouldn't presume things. I presumed you had your copy as 2 weeks ago you said it was ordered, Obviously you didn't get next day delivery. I presumed it was fixed and had been tested because it said so in the release notes, Obviously it wasn't. I presumed that just updating it would work, No mention of Matrix much in the release notes. I'm sorry i mis-read the release notes Authentication for duplicate IDs supportive of the new beta patch (ArmAX users) I read that and though ah ha ! It's been fixed :P So i updated the dayz files and the new beta patch. Would you kindly show us ArmA X users what we need to do ? The release notes are a little bit vague and i'm not the only person who (wrongly) presumes it's been fixed :)

How do you get that ? He either bought the game like he said and just like ALL ArmA X users got stuck on the loading screen or he never bought it. Either way ArmA X users can't play even though the changelog says we can :P a lie or incompetant testing Look at the changelog

DO NOT UPDATE TO 1.7.2 IF YOU OWN ARMA X After all the waiting and so called testing it's fucked :( I managed to get into 1 server yesterday and it's asked me to create a new player. I could play fine on 1.7.1.5 with beta patch 93965 but after reading rockets lie changelog saying ArmA X users can update i stupidly belived it was fixed. Vipeax said that he had bought a copy of ArmA X for testing but thats either a lie or incompetant testing.It isn't working and all player stats are gone, all the weapons and loot is gone so do not update.

Every person i've met has killed or attacked me :( Even when it's clear i'm unarmed or just spawned they still kill me. For that reason i trust nobody and will walk away or shoot first

I love all things Archos and the G9 are great tablets for what they cost :) Anyways i have 1 little snag that i can't solve, After closing the app down i can't launch it again ? Normally apps will make a shortcut but yours never. Now i can't find a way to launch it again unless i uninstall and reinstall

Just download and installed on my Archos 80 G9 and it looks fantastic :) Only looked through it for 20 minutes or so but so far i'm impressed and it provides so much info for any player. Pinch works well for zooming on the maps :) Any problems or feedback etc i'll let you know but so far job well done

I had that problem after reinstalling the game, Try launching ArmA 2 and when you get to the main menu quit back and try again. It worked for me :)
