Incase any ArmA X users are still following this thread i can confirm that updating to 95208 works fine :) I was happy on 95054 but the server i use updated so i had to aswell I'll update this post on my next beta update

You can always load up an online map using your browser - Link > http://i.imgur.com/nyi6K.jpg I have an android device and use this > http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/22558-dayz-mobile-app-for-android-v-150/ Really good app and always being updated but as yet there are no ios versions :huh: There are plans for 1 soon though so keep checking Regarding the server you would need to buy/rent one but i don't have one so i can't comment on who to use and what you can/can't do -

Why do people call them hackers when they're not hackers ? These are script kiddies using pre-made scripts available on the internet. Sad little knob heads who suck at the game and have to cheat to get somewhere :rolleyes: They exist on all games - all platforms and have done for years. It's a cat and mouse game - Find some code to exploit and use it until the exploit is fixed and then repeat .... -

Zig zagging i can deal with but it's them pesky zombies that have the ability to walk through objects i hate, You run ahead ready to turn and shoot and they come through the wall behind and try to give you a love bite :lol:

I have no idea but it could be worth asking ? All the problems i've ever needed help with have always been fixed even though it's an unmanaged server :) 2 years ago i was clueless with linux so i pestered them daily but they always answered and helped me when other hosts would not.

Do they have to be game servers ? I use these http://kphservices.com for my dedicated servers and also a few website i have hosted and they're fantastic :thumbsup: Small company but really good support and very helpful :)

Bohemia have your money from the ArmA sale :P I'd buy the standalone so Rocket gets the money :) Using that money he gets a good return on all the time spent developing this and takes on new staff/coders to make the game even better :D -
Your choice :) That's the beauty of DayZ Find a vehicle ? Find a tent and make camp ? Buddy up with others ? See how many zeds you can kill ? See how many days you can live for ? Explore ? Help people ? Kill people ?

I do the same :) The north west corner of cherno has a hospital and 5 apartment blocks to loot, Should give you at least a Makarov with some clips and some medical supplies needed to look Balota. After that head anywhere you like and pick stuff up on the way

I do agree that 6 days is quite excessive but i'd like to point out the TOS you agreed to when signing up with HFB. Not much you can do about the service apart from stop using them. See the underlined parts: and even without the TOS Paypal rarely get involved in disputes dealing with non-tangible goods, You paid for a service rather than a physical item

Update :) I have it working by upgrading to 95054 http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php What would be nice is that during the changes last night someone announced that an update was needed, Surely these things are tested first ?

Any ArmA X users here now getting battle eye problems ? Everything was working fine with 1.7.2.3 & 94876 and now i can't join any servers :( Error message - You were kicked off the game - (BattlEye: Client not responding)

I was playing on Tuesday night on some random server and disconnected for the evening, Next day i start again and join the server DE 007 but as soon as it loads i'm asked to pick the sex of my new character even though i hadn't died :huh: I spend most of the day on DE 007 and then logged out. A few hours later i log on to server FR 17 and suddenly i'm back using my original save from Tuesday night. It seem that what i do on DE 007 runs completely seperate to what i do on FR 17 :huh: I have 2 games running on different servers. Anyone know why ?
