You can add BattlEye exceptions manually :) what is script restriction #43 kicking for ? Also attach your scripts.txt to the forum as #43 won't be on line 43, I'll help you as i have a Tavi install but with exceptions added for rMod2

After reading this thread i decided to try it :D It's a really cool toy Damage close up makes it a 1 shot kill but over 100 meters the zeds lie down but crawl towards you, It's so loud it's like ringing a dinner bell Only bad point is the iron sights make it very hard to aim. I'm going to add this to my heli crash site loot, I have a new weapon of choice :D

Nothing you can do if it's private, It's for the server owner to police and take action.

If you can't find a server you like then do what i did :) rent your own and set your own rules. That will give you the option to have an always night, always day or day/night cycle

I think a Dayz port would be better than the SA :) Yes i'm gonna get shot to bits for this but it's still my opinion. Rocket did also promise the release of the sourcecode so there is no reason why it can't be ported, The modding community provided so much to Arma 2 that they can do the same with an Arma 3 / Dayz port and R4Z0R49 already has plans for a similer mod called 'Survivor' I've already bought Arma 3 and i'll get the Dayz SA but i'd like to see both :)

All of these things are Arma 2 scripts and addons :) and the Origins guys have the cheek to think they own the copyright :lol: greedy n00bs

Actully it's owned by Kinghunt and Martin, these 2 are milking Origins for every penny they can, even to the point they will sue anyone who tries to release similer mods It was a good idea but i refuse to line the pockets of these greey bastards :( Martins map is made from BI objects The Dayz code is owned by Rocket The scripts they use were made free by the community Yet they have the cheek to claim copyright :rolleyes:

Fraps, DXtory or Bandicam :) You should be able to get a trial of them all and use what suits your needs/budget

The UKGZ team would like to invite everyone (except script kiddies) to our brand new server :) This server is NOT for Bambi's :P You won't last 10 minutes and will only moan * We run a Taviana 2.0 map but with over 380 new Rmod2 vehicle spawns, Vehicles range from landrover specials to apaches and any inbetween * There are over 200 NPC (enemy Ai) patrolling both islands, They will shoot on sight and give chase, some patrol locally and some patrol for thousands of meters, they can be anywhere at anytime. * Weapon crates are also added in towns and cities, They are not hidden but their location changes on a regular basis. To achive balance we have the high tier loot spawning further away, The further you travel the better equipment you will find :) Spawn locations have no Ai or Rmod2 vehicles Teamwork will be needed to survive, Taking on Ai by yourself will result in a certain death, work with others and you will do well :thumbsup: and of course there are already several clans who call UKGZ home, most will shoot on sight but some are friendly. Have you changed any settings in your control panel ? started a new map or restored a backup ? I've found that when i changed maps or restored a backup it would change the starting spawn gear, It's easy to miss because you only notice when you respawn or someone mentions it but that's hours after the change has happened. The strange thing was that each time it happened the loadout was different, It's totally random what gear it adds.

This was fixed months back, It was a problem affecting Arma x users who have letters in their player ID. None of the ID's above have letters, probably why the Dayz team are ignoring the new posts. Try using DZC to make sure you have the same files that the server is running, make your game files and beta-patch match exactly.

If Dayz.st use Reality then it's due to a bug, tents won't save unless gender selection is disabled so removing the gender selection will have the tents working.

They support Battleye, you are also free to use any 3rd party anticheat software such as Gotcha, Dart or TSW No idea what no back means though. You could try getting a dedicated server and setting everything up manually ? That way you can have everything you want, only so much a host can offer.

When you join a server and enter the lobby just sit there for a few minutes, Battleye will update and then join.

Connect to the IP & Port you're using :) Enter the password you specified in the config.cfg

I'd also recommend dayz.st :)
