You might want to include the server Ip and port :P People intrested need to be able to find you ;) -
Large number really depends on what mod you run and other factors like vehicle count etc Arma really consumes a lot of CPU so the higher the frequency the better :) Talk to your host and see what they advise, they might allow you to try a server for a week and upgrade if the spec isn't good enough.

It'll work but the procs frequency might not be good enough to handle a large number of players. See if you can get something higher than 2.66 GHz

There are 2 ambulances that can be added with rMod :) Takistan ambulance is basically the S1203 with a different skin Hummer or Hmmwv

1.62 is the Operation Arrowhead update, I'm guessing this is a fresh install ? You don't need DZC to play Dayz :) Launch Operation Arrowhead with the paramenters -mod=@Dayz You can also use play with six from http://play.withsix.com/

Is this Dayz related ? The server you are joining is not a Dayz server. Arma does not play nicely with Dayz files installed, remove them and try again. -

Your screen shot shows you're trying to join a Takistan server, Dayz server is the server below. Also try other servers, It might be the server at fault and not you :) -

Dayz + Arma 2 not working having to buy again!!

Have you installed the Arma game update ? Arma OA 1.62 Update Then check in DZC and make sure that the paths are correct in the settings tab, Arma 2 points to the Arma 2.exe etc The beta-patches and @Dayz mod files will be done through DZC. -
This happened when trying to join origin servers, help!

The error shows that the version of the @Dayz files are different to the servers files, that's why the keys don't match -
Erm no :P A lot of the Arma 2 players hate Dayz for the trouble it's brought them with script kiddies

Key Stolen.. do i have to buy new game?

Before buying a new key i would find out how the original was stolen, chances are the new key will be stolen if you have nasty software installed that you don't know about. -
You will probably get a better answer at the DZC forums, Offical forum is http://forums.dayzcommander.com/ It could be that say 61 servers are running but they run different versions so it only displays the servers that match the version you have ? I honestly don't know.

Ovaron isn't new, I played this months back. It's a nice map but not enough towns to loot, I do however love the Nissan Skyline GTR R34 with working sirens :D -

Try opendayz.net :) They have guides on adding all kinds of scripts to make your server unique. For adding banned guns and vehicles you need rMod, You can find that at offgaming.us- 1 reply
