You should of read the previous server adverts :P You will find that people who register here just to spam their server get ignored. Try being an active part of the community and then post :)

No, GamersPlatoon have partnerd with several providers and you rent from them, basically they say the same thing as you :( Here is what GP say, Source > http://www.gamersplatoon.com/forums/showthread.php?6964-Origins-Mod-Official-Partners-Announced They are earning fortunes while nobody else can host servers :( ArmA 3 has allowed public server hosting from day 1 and they are soon planning on using the Steam server files, Why can't Dayz do that seeing how it's the same company making both games ? -

Isn't that the Dayz Origins style of business ? I really hope you can find another way :( Bigger hosting companies tend to have better prices but i've always found smaller companies offer a better service and support, I'd rather pay more for the service and support :) -
The UH-1Y can only be used with rMod, we used it on our old Dayz server without any issues :) It's actully a really nice vehicle. Are you not confusing it with the UH-1H ? that is the standard Dayz helicopter

make sure your version matches the servers version, 99% of the time that is the cause.

They go inside the BattlEye folder that is inside the servers mission folder :) Example i run a Taviana server using Bliss and it's instance 1 so my folder is called dayz_1.tavi *EDIT* Search the server for file names, scripts.txt or setdamage.txt etc -

Kick maybe unless you change the scripts from 5 (kick) to 1 (log) but nobody will get banned for using hacked/banned items :) -

Have you installed the Arma 2 OA game patch yet ? Have you also launched both Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead before trying to play Dayz ? Also please don't PM me :) I don't mind helping but through posts only, It benefits others when it's public.

You (client side) might be up to date but are Dayz.st, what version is the server running ?

Make sure your mod version matches the servers version, same applies for the beta-patch. Wait for host isn't a battleye error so you can rule that out :)

That server shows you need the beta-patch 102285 You can download and install it from http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php Make sure you have the same or next version above to play :) They are backwards compatible

Why DayZ will fail as a standalone game

Just because the Dayz mod player count has dropped it doesn't mean the game won't be a success :) I've not played any Dayz since ArmA3 was released, I will buy the Dayz SA :D The mod was original and i actully do miss it, but i'm looking forward to the SA and i hope/know the developers are not stupid enough to listen to you :P Release the game when it's ready or at least cheat free and stable -
Try them all :) so many private servers with custom settings and scripts, everything is catered for so you will find somewhere you like. Expect a 101 replies suggesting Balota Buddies now :P

You might not of hacked but you installed a program that had a key stealer inside :( Anything you installed recently that claims to boost FPS or help make the game run faster, smoother etc Global bans don't get unbanned, you can buy another OA key but make sure nothing is still lurking on your PC that will steal it again.
