Grey means the version you have is different to the servers version, either newer or older but they must be the same. The key error also tells you the same thing, the files you have have a different key to the files on the server, make the versions match up and they key will be accepted.

It means the SA Dev team have a release date, they just choose not to share it publically :( In other words ... nothing new to see, read or learn

You can use a wired Xbox controller :) You won't get it fully controlled by the pad as there aren't enough buttons but most controls can be done. Also check out http://pinnaclegameprofiler.com/ for saving the profiles, well worth the money it costs. -

They stopped whitelisting servers a while back, contact one of the Dev team to confirm but i'm 99% sure. You're better off having a private server or using a games host who have pre-whitelisted servers. -
You will need to contact each servers admin and ask to be removed from the copy of the CBL lists they use. Fingers crossed you find some where you like soon :)

You're welcome to join us this evening :) Not sure about the mature part though :lol: we're all over 21 yrs but we do like to do silly things for the fun of it :P If you want to join us just sign up on our forum or send me a PM and i'll send you our TeamSpeak details, we usually play between 6:30pm until 1-2am You will also need the Taviana files from DZC, avoiding Chernarus until the SA comes out.

No overpowered sniper rifles or make them very very rare. I don't mind a bit of PVP but real shootouts, not some idiot on a hill 1km from me who sits and camps all day. -
Not this again, basically mate you're screwed :( Nobody maintains the list so everyone on it is trapped, you can appeal per server to have yourself removed but it's a long process. Personally any admin using the CBL is an idiot, All script kiddies on it will have new keys by now, leaving only the innocent trapped.

Principle :P Origins are money grabbing whores who can all fuck of and die :D All of these features you mention we done using stolen code with no credit to the original authors, Origins is the ONLY mod that makes money, every other mod was made for free by the community, for the community.

I can't see anything wrong with that, contact HFB and see if they know of any bugs or anything that could cause it to not accept the password.

Try DZC to filter by each mission/mod and the version :) DZC can be found here > http://www.dayzcommander.com/

Post your full server.cfg file and i'll look for errors :) Don't include the real password and server IP :P

Admins having anything that players can't is in my opinion admin abuse :P You're abusing the system by giving yourself gear, no matter if that gears gives you an advantage or not is still admin abuse. -

You can use ArmA 2 free with OA to play Dayz :) lower graphics and sound quality, at least you can play though. When you have the free version downloaded, see if there is an option to upgrade to full using your CD key ? worth a shot. -
Error 404 (mod updates) need some help

I get that now and then, give it a few minutes and try again. I tried to download and update every mod at once, most went red but worked when done 1 at a time. -
Deployable Ammo Boxes not spawning in 1.7.7 or 1.7.7.1

I've seen them on other servers running 1.7.7, I honestly can't remember the names or IP but it is possible :) The servers had them at Balota but they only contained Huey ammo.
