What i find most astonishing is that you sit and camp in one place, why buy a game just to sit still and not move ? :lol: PvP i get and understand why but sitting camping is the lamest type of bandit there is :( you play the game so wrong and so sad. -

It'll work just fine :) make sure you update both games and launch them at least once. Then install Dayz Commander, once installed you can manully set the games paths, your disk version of ArmA2 will be the same as mine below and your Steam version of OA will be in Steam>common files etc In DZC you can manually set the paths in the 'settings' options like below : Any problems just reply and someone will help :) -
We use dropbox for ours, never had any problems with it.

You might want to edit the logs and hide your IP address Jonny, You never know who reads these posts. It shows you location and your ISP is Sky (BSKYB-BROADBAND) -
Read the wiki about making a squad.xml in case you missed something :) The way dsayers1985 mentions is just changing your profile, clan tags show after your name through using a squad.xml

You will need a new steam account for OA, possibly even have to buy ArmA2 again unless someone knows a way round it. You will also need to search the forum for ways to edit the old registery key and add the new key.

Is HFBServers good for TSW Anti-Hack? And are they legit?

Don't rely on TSW to stop scripters and it's teleporting detection is rather poor, It does however have some exellent other features. It's worth the 10 Euros or something it costs :) -

Here is a crazy idea, what if there was no weapon attachments?

Attachments and upgrades are needed to keep people intrested, you find a scoped weapon and people will camp fresh spawns with it, if you had to explore to find ways to improve your weapon then you keep looking and looting. -

You would be better off asking on the DZC forums Until then you can always launch the game manually :) It's what we did before DZC came out, I don't mind helping but are you retail or steam ? Alternatively you could try Play with six

You might want to check your firewall isn't blocking DZC, there are thousands of servers to join. Dayz = 3470 servers Overwatch = 157 servers There are vanilla servers about if you search, some of the private servers have great extras (stripping vehicle parts) and some are just stupid (1000+ vehicles) Some people like 1000+ vehicles though, there's something for everyone now and that's a good thing :)

xinput1_3.dll is part of DirectX, download and reinstall it should fix it :) Watch out for many fake sites offerring it, It's free from the official Microsoft website found Here

You have a different version to the version the server is running :) your version must match the servers version of the Dayz files, beta-patches are backwards compatiple. If you have 1.7.7.1 and the server runs 1.7.7 then they are different, post the servers IP & port and i'll tell you what you need. -

4 GB DDR3 is fine, depending on the frequency :rolleyes: I only have 4 GB DDR2 (yes it's well old) but still get decent frames :p He already said it drops when more people join, It's an oversold server at fault.
