so i join throught six launcher and it loads everything then it flashes wait for host then it puts me back to main menu its really fu**ing annoying

Hello i just bought downloaded arma2 and installed dayz and operation arrowhead for steam and i started up and my textures look very very weird tried changing graphics setting i dont know what to do someone please help. When i load into a game the whole world is just black i can see shapes of things and the sky looks regular but it has a huge whit glare to it can anyone tell me hot to fix please!!!!! please someone help i really wanna play?
