Vest (Worn/Pristine) Combat Boots (Worn/Pristine) I also tried Woolcoats, Tactical Shirts, Dawn Jackets, Caps ... nothing works/protects you. Hope they will fix that soon (together with that bullsh** they call sway now). cheerio & gl not freezing to death Will only be playing Vilayer as of today, thanks again.

What's it with all these fanboys here? :huh: The only honest answer was from "anotherdeadhero" in this thread, because that's how 99.5 (my well educated guess) percent of the community is doing it at the moment. 1) Don't play on "persistance enabled" server, play on the non official ones. I've walked around for hours finding nothing on these servers, while on the normal servers you can get geared within 30-90 minutes. 2) Join a server that's like 12:01/12:02/12:03/15:01/15:02/15:03 etc. etc. that has just been restarted, have fun. You don't need to serverhop (don't get why people do that), just go to a recently restarted server and loot away :) You'll find more than enough loot that way, good luck. cheers

I haven't had a chance to test it yet, could someone please tell me what's the status with Mosin damage now? Is it still bugged (e.g. players can take up to 6 shots with the right gear) or is it 1hit kill again (chest/head)? Thanks for your answer & cheers re-patch

it's really hard to say actually. Could be both. I wasn't there, it's easier to "know" when you play yourself, but there's definitely a change of him being a hacker, it was a bit weird. But the muzzle flash that can be seen through the bush in front of you is weird, I don't know how he should've seen you there, except maybe that he really was a skilled player and approached very carefully and just saw a bit of your body... you never know :P I would've been dead as well.

I would basically have to agree with your post, except for a few details: Once the game is finished, I'm completely okay with turning down the loot. But certainly not now! I thought we were suppossed to be testing the game? Heck they should quadruple the loot (especially the guns) for the alpha phase when it comes to my opinion. I'll give you an example for that --> I work 100% (5 days a week) and I get home at around 18:30 every day. After sports and all the duties it's always around 20:30/21:30, sometimes even 22:00. If I have now 1-3 hours I can play a day (that sometimes only once or twice a week even), I don't want to "waste" that time by just not finding anything. Well I'm pretty experienced by now, meaning I could still get looted within 30 minutes if need be (join servers right after restart at good places etc. etc.), but that's not really how this game should be played right? Another example: my friends (have more time than I do), were all geared up already one day after the whipe, they wanted to go for some action on the NWAF later that night. I got home at around 19:45, didn't have that much time to loot up (because they wanted to go to the airfield around 21:00/22:00), so I went serverhopping a bit. I ran between Balota and Vybor on three servers (right after restart, everything unlooted). I have looted 21 barracks (at least 80% was untouched) and 12 prisons (at leat 80% untouched as well). All I found (military/weapon gear) was: 1x Mosin 25 Mosin shots 2 AK mags Didn't find a single AK, nor a drum mag, nor a high cap vest, nor a AK101, nor a pistole etc. etc. Do you get my point? Looting that amount of fresh buildings and getting nothing out of it is not okay, this is too hardcore. Maybe when the game's finished, okaaay, we could talk about that, but now when we are supposed to be testing --> NO, please not! I've got 4 chars, all of them have at least two LRS. I don't know why but I really like to read these "looking for the person who blabla". I'm always wondering if they do find each other eventually and like to read the stories I guess. So please don't generalize that matter by saying things like "no one wants to read these posts etc.", you don't know what other people like or don't like or do you? I'll agree with you that these posts are mostly pointless though, still, why not, worth trying it if the OP wants that right?

Hackers, Crash Sites, Damn Jesus, I feel pretty stupid right now... I've just read this in another thread: Aren't the bluehelmets unarmed? Also its hard to find because every hacker on the server uses his magnetic loot tool to instantly loot crashsites right after restart. Why did that not occur to me, I've even seen a hacker do that summoning shit for weapons. So that's why I had to check over 40 crash sites before I found an M4 :( :( Hope you all step on a lego you cheating fuc***in* bastards for ruining our game experience! Sorry... :)

I completely agree with you! :( Been sniping since CS 1.3 or something and it drives me fucking nuts that people survive 1-3 neck/higher chest shots because of that stupid item armor protection system.

You should be very happy with the frames you get.
