Yes there is. First off, you want to navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead and rename the file "Arma2OA.exe". Doesn't really matter, just make sure it's different. I called mine "Arma2OA Legit.exe". Now, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\beta Copy the file "arma2oa.exe". Paste it in the main folder for ARMA 2. ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead ) The next part is done in your Steam client. Right click on ARMA2: Operation Arrowhead and click "Properties" at the bottom. Then click on "Set Launch Options" Paste in this: -beta=Expansion\beta;ca;Expansion\beta\Expansion -mod=@DayZ;ca -nosplash As for chat, it's server side enabled / disabled now IIRC. And the Steam Overlay should work if you do it by this method. The reason why it won't work otherwise is that STEAM doesn't detect BETA clients I think. Hope this helps you guys :)

Press F to cycle through your weapons. You should see what weapon you have selected in the top right hand corner of the screen.

I get the Cfgweapons one every time I load into a server. If it's not affecting your game, just leave it how it is. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Download the latest BETA. Install. Don't you press F to cycle to what ammo you want to load into the gun? Last time I had the DBS and I'm sure I pressed F to cycle between Slugs and Pellets.

SixLauncher will update your DayZ files and ARMA2 files to what you need to play on servers IIRC. If you're using STEAM, search the forums for tutorials on how to get the BETA patch working with STEAM overlay. If you're not using STEAM, when you launch SixLauncher, in the bottom left there's a options thing. Go into that and make sure BETA is ticked.

In STEAM. Go to ARMA 2, right click it, Properties, Local Files then click " Verify integrity of game cache " wait for it to finish and it should say something about one file not being there and it redownloaded. And do the same for ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead. Now you should be able to right click ARMA 2 and OA and click " Reinstall BattlEye "

I was at 10657 blood at the time. Turned out disconnecting and reconnecting fixed it for me.

You have to be running the BETA patch.

Yes. You just have to make Sixlauncher launch DayZ with STEAM. To do this, in Sixlauncher, click " Options " in the bottom left under the Twitter icon and tick the box that says " Launch through STEAM (if available) "

Did the same with me for BattlEye. What you have to do is " Check integrity of game cache... " under OA options. That should download the BattlEye installer again when it " Finds one missing file ". Then right click OA and click re-install BattlEye. I take it you're wanting it so you can use the STEAM overlay? If you are, there's a option in Sixlauncher that you have to turn on. Click options in the bottom left corner, under the Twitter icon on Sixlauncher, and click the box that says " Launch through Steam ( If available ) " It's prolly not doing it properly when you launch through STEAM because you have to right click OA and click " Launch ARMA 2: Combined Operations " Took me ages to figure that I had to launch it as that when I first got it. Hope this helps :)

Is this just with ARMA or is it with any game? Try downloading the latest Direct X from Microsoft.

Was it raining at the time? If it was, it puts the fire out practically straight away.
