Like its been said many MANY times in these forums. You are not buying the mod. Youre buying the game. If you dont want the game and just DayZ, then id say wait for the standalone. But If you want another game added to your game collection, then get Arma 2 and Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead. Theres more to it than just DayZ. Im glad they take their time with these announcements. It will keep them from making promises that they might not be final in the end. Because i know how customers are with their games. Especially people who are no patient. They see something and then its not in the final game and they go apeshit! -

I cant run ArmA II Combined Operations or Dayz

well, idk. Im guessing youve done this, but a second recommendation wont hurt. Remove Arma2 and Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead. Install Arma2 only. Play it for at least one mission :D Install Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead. Play for at least 1 mission. Then try running Combined Operations. If none of that works, then id recommend something else, but Im not at my computer to point it out.Id also recommend DayZCommander or 6Launcher over that thing. Looked it up, looks ugly and not well made imo. -
I want to get a lot of people into the airplane in Panthera and have everyone become a paratrooper :D At night!!

Wth is playwithsix? If you want to use a 3rd party program to run Arma2 mods, especially DayZ. I recommend getting the ones these people fro the forum us. DayZ Commander or 6 Launcher. How do you buy it? BIS store? or Steam? -
Same. First time i saw it i didnt bother with it. Looked lame. at the moment, i had a combo of m14 and an AS50. Pretty beast combo. as50 long range and m14 close mid range love it. Havnt died this passed weekend. But i did lose it after a hacker killed off the whole server. Which doesnt count as a death :P

same here lol. At least when im unarmed i dont care much. But i usaully am dumbfounded when they shoot me when im unarmed -.- But when I do have a gun, I like to think they wont shoot :P. unless they are doing something suspicious.

No need to post that stuff. Its just funny to me. lol ANYWAYS~!!! Serious post? Its the game, server, read write to HDD. you can do the install to RAM trick or install it on a SSD. But this will help for maybe 10-20 fps. Your best bet is to get in a server that plays well with your settings and stick with it. Your choice!!! -
