Creature is right, he does have a pretty bad aim. :(

I've bought the merlin a few times, its a really great helicopter to transport building supplies for your base, getting teammates and spying other bases and stuff. The glass is NOT bulletproof but snipers don't have much room to hit the pilot. Two things that are not so good, no weapons and its a very big chopper. Hope this helped you!
