cooking pot as a container for all the small things

I like the idea, but i'm not sure if duct tape is the right approach, with the re-application and everything. In my home I actually have a cooking pot with a twist/lock mechanism to keep the lid on. The pot should just be able to hold a few small items, like you said 4 slots. And by the way, pro tip: If you find the portable gas stove, attach the cooking pot to it. It keeps the 2 vertical slots of the stove, while having both the stove and the pot. You can even add a gas canister to it for use and still hold the 2 slots.

    Fish & Game items

This is cool, after eating beans or what have you, you can keep the tin and hold the bait. On a similar note, what if with pliers you could furnish an improvised hook out of soda can pop top? This is a bit what I am talking about. As it stands, the most efficient way to hold your improvised fishing pole is to put it on your back rather than a melee weapon. These rods you speak of should be able to be kept in your backpack or potentially a tackle box/bag. Then, you can have your hoe or shovel to dig more worms or an axe to chop wood for a fire. It simply takes too much itemization / effort to fish and cook, a few simple additions could ease this solo survival dilemma.

    Waterproof covers/bags for your gear

If items become water perishable, I think dry bags would indeed be a good addition. As a scuba diver I have dry bags of various sizes (not for diving, but more so for the boat) to keep cameras, phones, clothes, etc. You could have a vertical 1x2 that holds 1x3, or hell even holding its own size, but keeping it dry. What also would be cool is a dry backpack, maybe small like the courier bag but everything is safe from water. Yes we already have protector cases, but I think a little variety would be cool. Some bags that aren't the standard 2x2 like protector cases and medical kits would be nice.

    Gutting Animals

I skinned a cow today with my machete. Just crouch and keep looking around while scrolling your mouse wheel until the option pops up.
