After hosting Garrysmod DarkRP For 2 years, we decided it would be amazing to allow our players to vote for our next game server! They chose DayZ, so we made an OverPoch Server! All you have to do is follow these steps and you will receive more frames than before! Okay, there is some fixes to make your DayZ better. Here is a list! 1. Go to your documents and look for either your Arma 2 folder or Arma 2 Other profiles. Look for which username you are using! 2. Once you locate that, go ahead and open up both of your CFG's. ( ArmA2.CFG and ArmA2oa.CFG ) You can open them up with notepad. 3. Once you open them both up, make sure that these 2 settings are set to 1; Code: Select AllGPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1;and make sure that Vsync is set to 0 as well. 4. Save those files then go on over to your DayZ Launcher. 5. Go to settings at the top right, then scroll down a bit until you see where it says additional parameters. ( You can't miss it ) 6. In that box, paste this Code: Select All-skipIntro -maxMem=20477. Go back to the server tab, hit the play button on your favourite server ( Plasma Gaming ) then hit ESCAPE on your keyboard once in the lobby. 8. That should have taken you to the main menu of Arma 2: Operation Pinhead Arrowhead, once on the main menu, go to options, video options, then copy all of these settings as they are the BEST for performance and spotting people! 9. Hello! I'm the owner of an up and coming DayZ Overpoch Taviana server!
