I would love to see more wildlife! The deer pop should be exploding so bears wolves and the like should be around in numbers, I would Love to see 3 zeds take on a brown bear =D

From what I have heard and read, The more people on a server = the more random sounds you hear.(What your hearing is random player interaction through out the server) I can confirm this as new player trying out different servers for ping and such. the lower the pop the less random sounds you hear, BUT I think that the Fence and stick crunch sounds are meant to be the random sounds in game, most zombie/can open/ammo load are HALF sounds and that's the glitch... Anyway my 2 cents worth, imah get back to my beer and fire.. TuT

Quick question if you please, How far away does the proxy chat reach? I am asking because im out in the woods near a town (but not that near) and some dude is talking over voice chat and I hear him Loud and Clear??? Does this have anything to do with VOIP? Thanks TuT

I have been in the habit lately of getting fully geared as much as I can, then running to the coast where there is a good chance a newb will spawn and I LEAVE all my gear on the ground in a line :D for whoever wants it. I figure that's end game for me. Why let somebody shoot me and ruin all that gear? Then... I jump off a building and start over lol

Yup Had 2 zeds beating the shit out of a cow, I went in for pics, they killed the cow, stood there for 2 sec then went right for me, 2 head shots later I was eating steak at camp =)

My 2 cents? after 120+ small hours as a 43 year old man with grown ass kids =D Its better to assume the other player is out to kill you, until you chat em up on the mic, EVEN then be on your guard as atm its way to easy to get knocked the fuck out in this game, another thing I have come across is foreign players...DONT get me wrong I don't care where your from, BUT I have been hosed down by 3+ to 5+ Kill teams from other nations quite a few times, to the point I AVOID anyone running in a pack of 3 or more... I Gear up best I can and head North and survive, I get hungry I gotta hit a town =) atm loving this game =D TuT

James Hawke, the blurred vision is a glitch and can be fixed by what you said, clicking the video bar in options.. lol I have the same problem sometimes, nivida gtx 750 3g, all I can say is /shrug "its Alpha!" Luck to you TuT

ok right off the bat, (lol) are you running smooth frame rates wile playing Dayz? Lag can and will kill you. (Zeds don't care what kinda comp your on) if you are then its not to hard to punch a zed in the face till it go's down.. 2 or more zeds you should run and run far and fast as Zeds have LOS and hearing as well as you do (AND CAN RUN/SPRINT AS FAST AS YOU) so.. duck behind trees run around building anything you could do in RL to get away.... Now, Towns.. Find a water pump and Drink the shit out of it till your full / check status it will say full even if you have not eaten, Check out the town, are a lot of doors open? if so it means someone's been there before, picked through perhaps but not all, check. keep caned food any screwdriver/hacksaw/ax will open it and you can eat...Now your on your way, if you have a laptop or a printer you can get an idea of where you are from http://dayzdb.com/map/chernarusplus its close /wink So Find Water / food (don't eat rotten food unless your gonna die) / something to open canned goods / good clothes (the better stuff you have on the more hits from zeds you can take but its gets worse the more your hit and the stuff you had in it will get FUBARed as well, and a nice helmet can save your arse from a pvp sniper) Search and Search and.....................SURVIVE Hope it helps brother stay strong TuT
