How are people to trust you? What will stop others and yourself from killing you instantly on site? http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=17572 -
It's fine how it is, it's how the game is meant to be. The world has gone to shit, what do you expect?

Install both games on the steam, Launch the first one first, Than launch OA, Than run OA, and run "CO". Than use the six launcher to patch it, that should do it. this post should also be in general. -
Thanks for the details, do you have a source?

It's expected with a universal system.. It's why I prefer per-server database, that way they hosters can regulate what they want, with their own rules.
-
Lesson learned. Now you know why you don't trust no one, and kill on site.

Boring.

I think you should be able to have the flashlight held while holding a pistol. However, I think it should be removal of thermal before NVG.

You can drag "unconscious people". Mouse wheel scroll over them, and you can drag them. However, draging corpses is a good idea too, I like it.

How I've died to sloppy programming

Oh right, I didn't read the insult to programming. So to the Original Poster: Code something better, and surely they will implement it, if not, "GTFO." -
How I've died to sloppy programming

Too hard for you? Good It's how it's designed. "Add that to- crawling down stairs and sliding to death." As Zeds stated, how often do people crawn down stairs in the first place? It is also, ALPHA, so expect your items to be lost. It's also better to play in groups. I've got into issues where I was stuck with a broken leg, and had a some good players who came 5 hours of walking to come save me. -
DayZ is meant to be a hell hole, thus why it's unique in a way where everyone has trust issues, thus the massive PvP. It's the way it's designed.. I certainly don't see how safe-zones could be implemented properly. It's also pretty heckteck anywhere, in the costal areas.

Hot-wiring isn't a bad idea at all, I like it. Not sure how it can be coded properly however, it's pretty silly now I think that someone would leave the key in the ignition as it stands. Perhaps even going as far as removing the door, or breaking the windows to get in, thus being vulnerable if zombies come close enough to the vehicle.

Yeah, because it magically fixes broken bones right?

As someone also suggested, Since using that Ghillie, it hides your back-pack, it should either show, and increase in tempurature / movement speed. Or you should be forced to drop the pack.

Things I wish were never introduced to DayZ

I do like the idea of Ghille with no pack. -
