Hospitals I've seen for sure. I've also got them inside the barracks.

1. with beta servers when using beta patches you can talk in direct com's. Its can be found by pressing "i" . Also pressing CAP LOCKS default you will be heard throughout the game on mic for 40m. 2. Yeap, you now spawn without guns and only a bandage and painkillers. Suggested you sneak to barns first to find gun, then after loot large towns when you can defend yourself.
