hahaha, oh the joys of the unknown, seems like fun. big weapons (primaries) take 10 slots, if your backpack is the starter backpack (aka coyote PATROL PACK; 6 slots) your weapon will be destroyed. Same thing happens if you try to put a weapon in a backpack that has less than 10 free slots (idk if this is still true, haven't risked it in a long time). Your friend's infection can be treated with that antibiotic you found earlier, that is rather rare. There's a lot of CoD kiddies (as in the mentality, not necessary that they're also CoD players or kids) on the coast with the most top tier items that have been duplicated, killing anything and everything because they're too deadbrain to understand it isn't a who gets the most kills kind of game; so if you guys want to stick to public hive servers, I suggest you get a handgun each, if lucky a primary, run to the hospital, get 3 morphines each, 2 blood bags, and if lucky, any antibiotics; a map and/or a compass; then head inland where you don't come across faggots as much; of you can go to Berezino that's up north on the coast, it has 2 apartment complexes, 2 stores and a hospital so it's ideal for gearing up and resupply. If you guys can't find a map, you can always use a map that's outside the game, like http://dayzdb.com/map , but you'll have to alt-tab a lot. When you find a new backpack OR new clothes (example camo/ghillie), TAKE OFF YOUR BACKPACK before you change your clothes. If you don't, your backpack will revert to a previous backpack (aka in most cases a coyote patrol pack, and any items that don't fit into them are lost; so beware.

Did, there were none, Paul or whatever his name was was sniping around, on 2 occasions tried (and failed miserably) to hit me; so I didn't risk going to the apartments, and why I was actively trying to snipe them back with an enfield from 800 meters (lol GENIUS!). I am by all means friendly/helpful/whitelisted medic and trader. Whoever's doing the market clean up in cerno, kudos. We were all game for a real pvp session/snipe wars even tho we all had nothing else than M4A1/AK-74s, but once we saw your zombie circle of death script, and no player there, we were kinda disappointed that we wasted so much time finding you. I mean, can you honestly say you enjoy shooting the rarest weapon with the rarest ammo like it's a makarov, even more wile being immune to zombies? This isn't the point of dayz. If you strip dayz of it's survival, scavenge and zombie aspect (like just did by hacking in an AS50, infinite ammo and that rather cute zombie proxy killing script), it's just another generic fps. There's plenty of games out there that offer a fully geared character upon each spawn and you don't even have to hack. Sincerely go to Call of Duty/BattleField3/CounterStrike/etc. I am not mocking these games in any way. I like BF3, and I've played countless hours of CS 1.6 back in the day when it came out. These games offer that kind of pvp aspect that you ask for; so why stick to dayz? Why pay extra cash for scripts and new CD keys for each time you get banned? Why when you can do it all legitimately in countless other games? TL;DR just another hacker thread.

I would like to ask if it's all kill on sight/pvp retarded kind of server. I for one am not the killer type unless I have to; so I'm asking if there is a teamspeak or something, or if there's any clans or groups of people.

the only annoyance I find with the double barrel is it's ammo. yes you can turn it into 8pellets/slugs until you need more, but to transform from one to the other you need 8 slots, and more than often I do not have that space/bugs out. Player wise it is louder than an enfield or winchester, but zombie wise, it seems to be on the same level with winchester, if not a bit lower. These are all personal observations. In your case, when you didn't have any primary weapon, taking it is acceptable, heck its acceptable if you out of ammo for your current primary and need to kill something urgently.

BEFORE everyone proceeds to grief a server, I would like some proof, video if possible of you getting banned. Also did you have any weapons or items that are not in the game. yes you should have herd the other bullets landing near you, but if it was a supersonic sniper (most likely), then you don't hear it coming until it's too late.

I sorta feel your pain, but in my list of wrongs: hackers (they're pushing away players from the game/to private hives, destroys the concept of a huge community) duping (cause every camper and his mother has an AS50 TWS and full belt) tents that don't save/dupe/etc (I've seriously given up trying to stash stuff whatever I find and can carry, fine. I die? good, it got interesting again) ammo relemplish via the 3~4ish ways (that I know of), cause stanag SD and Nato rounds aren't that common/lazy to search for them combat logging.
