if you have a jeep and heli why do you still need to go searching for cars? the heli alone does 22km in like 11 mins, not to mention you can spot all other vehicles from like 400 meters away like you would a flare on a pitchblack server.

fixed another chopper, no one from teamspeak could join the server so I just had a little fun with the chopper before i logged and someone most likely stole it, came across this dude who was biking through towns on the coast, tried chatting with him, offered a ride, he just kept pedaling like no tomorrow. later on, the heli re-spawned at it's spawn point to my disliking, fixed it up again and moved ppl here and there. apparently what I consider routine others consider very dangerous XD

In-game name: kryvian Time zone: +2 Age: 23 Experience: I haven't played arma 2 much/at all, about 2 months in dayz, longest lifetime was 30+ days and 1.3k+ zombie kills during my hermit period when I just gathered everything, later on got bored, became a whitelisted medic, healed a bunch, then died a stupid death. What else, this week alone I've found over 7 helicopters, fixed all, gave 2 to friends over @ TMW, some got stolen, some died at the hands of hackers some just got wiped at server restart. Overall I am a p good heli pilot, some consider me dangerious, but eh, so far I haven't fucked one up. *shrugs* Where are you located: Romania I'm usually very active the weekends and some week days/evenings, so the location isn't that bad. Do you have Skype: yes; kryvian, but I prefer teamspeak since all my computer sounds are recorded by skype, and trust me when I say I've played with all the settings trying to eliminate that. I do like your ideal of small efficient groups, but I have to ask what guidelines/intentions do you have in this game.

fix heli, fly around, follow dudes in cars and on bicycle wile talking to them over direct chat, love it how they shit their pants (not doing any real harm, or suggesting of doing so, but they being used to getting killed just run like no tomorrow :< )

yeh, rocket said he'll add a quiver, didn't specify how exactly will it work but there will be one, and then even I might switch to xbow.

my last life was 30something days and I had 1300+ zombie kills. do I win?

it would be best if you wait it out of town. usually if on any kind of vehicle I just stop @ 250 meters, hide it in some bushes/evergreen trees, wait for like 2 mins then go in. Sometimes when I come in real fast on foot, like double tap "W" all the way into the market/house/whatever, I get only tin cans and really weak drops, so yeah, 200 meters in it's best to linger a bit to wait for the items to spawn... or like some dude above me said, wait 5 minutes there, but that's a tad boring to me ;)

Bonowhemm saved my sorry ass w/o an accurate area of where my bush ass is in the grass, unconcious and with only 1.500 blood points left AND bleeding. tru pro medic even tho he wants to be a bodyguard, he did that p good as well, I'd see him as a fine addition to TMW, not to mention a worthy whitelist.

@ DE 1651 So, today I went at a buddy's house to give him some shit and played some dayz, fixed up another chopper, had the most annoying bunch of ppl in the back "no go there no what about fuule, no that no this, later on that day they started shooting each other in balota thinking they're someone else *on a server that was just us* finally I had to leave my friend's house and left the only other chopper pilot in charge *he crashed it half an hour later wile attempting a barrel roll* ... oh well gathered parts, went to island, hopped, found a chopper on a night server, repaired it, and then we had the gas can incident. the chopper ate 4/8 gas cans and we had only other 4 to get to a gas tank.... on a pitch black server with no nvgs. I set my sights on Kamyshovo, and with one pixel worth of fuel I landed that thing in pitch black barely on the shoreline, like a fucking boss. later on some friends came and we got nvgs, we were all geared and pimping, chopper fully fueled, a patient comes in the teamspeak with broken bones, okay, we fly towards there and when we get near something shot at us, out maneuvered like a boss, got only 3 hits barely near engine, engine green with a slight tilt of yellow. we say our goodbyes to the broken bones dude and he left to another teamspeak channel for help. We say oh well, and started heading to kamenka for spare parts wile guessing what shot at us, mostly guessing an AK by fire rate and sound. Then suddenly under us something is shooting at us again, rotor orangered, engine yellow. pfff . Now it was obvious, we are the target of a hacker. He telelport followed us around wile we shot at him. I fly around in the most twisted ways and he didn't manage to get another hit on me, we decided that it'd be smart to go out to sea so A: we know where he'll teleport and B: he'll have lesser chances of hitting us. after we flew back and forth from one end of the shoreline to the other (as in NE~SW) we decided that if we are to survive this (you can't kill command ppl in vehicles, or teleport them for all I know and he's proven as such) we have to make him get bored and leave. We had 9/10 fuel tank full, a fun 3 hours of auto hover on @ 1.7km out of shore. We waited out between komarovo and balota for like 20ish minutes for the fuel to slowwwwly drain to 1/10 then land it and see if we get shot at or he just left, and suddenly the heli was 4 meters off the ground on the shoreline between komarovo and balota. one instantly got out and started shooting, I panic mode turned it around in an attempt to get out alive, but as I was angling it for max speed wile doing a sharp turn he got the engine, lost power and hit the ground hard that was 30 meters below. At this point I said fuck it and alt+F4d. Hacker dude tbh you've been the most challenge I've had in a long time, with your rapid fire AS50 and anti air units, porting of yourself and ours as well; but your aim was terribad. Even more that you needed 20 minutes to figure out how to teleport the chopper to you. Yes it's very hard to figure out to use the *teleport all vehicles to me* command. Most fun thing is, besides one of us that didn't want to alt F4 we all survived just fine, all of this considering you had complete control over us. ^_^. Dear hacker, to such course of actions I can only find that you ppl see yourself as impotent and need to feed your ego in a way or another. Just let me say, you needed 40 minutes of scripting to finally take us down and just then barely, and 4/5 of us got out alive. Tbh the only thing your e-peen did is prove further more how you and all of your kind how pathetic you are. If you are either bored or lack the skill enough to have to get hacks, then I suggest moving on to another game. of the 40ish minutes I've recorded after we started going from one end of the beach to the other and ended after we decided to sit our asses above the sea. Dew was very kind to me, once I found 3 (I kid you not) @ the NWAF in a guard house @ a gate, I didn't have space so I just drank them all, survived 30+ days and racked over 1.3k zombie kills.

11k hero, didn't have any kind of player kill in 2 lives so far, I'm ghillied up as often as I can. :V

mostly 600m snipes, backstabs and other cheap tactics, also I can see from the axe vs crowbar battle that you lag like fuck. YOUR MOM MUST BE SO PROUD! now go back to CS/CoD/etc.

(after hack fixing, tent/vehicle/stair/door/rock/tree kill fixing and all that?) creepyness, put some eye glare on cows, etc, make the whole atmosphere more tense at night. srsly I just ignore zombies alltogether if I don't need to stop and pick up something. I mean yea sure it was fun/ sort of a challenge the first 1~2 weeks, but as you figure out the ropes it's... really boring on zombie interaction level. I suggest in higher weapon tier areas to put wolfs, bears, whatever other animal you feel like putting, also some yey reflection glares on everything, nothing like 2 white dots staring at you in dark/pitchblack.

imho there's nothing more humiliating than killing a fresh spawn with an AS50... actually there is, getting killed by a fresh spawn wile you are geared, but as it stands, there's 2 reasons why I like it: 1. you don't get as much butthurt when random dude logs in, /kill command then logs out, 2 some few don't have upper hand over the many and snipe them from 1.6 kms. this is also happening because: 1 duping hasn't been fixed (imho should stay that way until above mentioned hacker problem is solved), and because tents are still not fixed. But we all know you can do only so much with the arma 2 engine so it's not really rocket's fault. So back to other ways of improving the game: make the far west and north harder to survive. tia.

I dream a mash up of dayz and minecraft. I haven't played minecraft in 2 months!
