I wasnt asking if I should get a new computer. I want to know if that is a deliberate move, if its something that should be reported as a bug or the devs would like to know & maybe comment on.

Since patch 0.53 dayz no longer works in Winxp? Is this correct? Win32 error

on current stable version I'm getting many small gfx glitches, screen goes black for a split second, then it will crash not long after that. Also invisible zombies & loot occasionally.

I did figure it out for myself, i posted my thoughts after my question.

Is it generally accepted that stream sniping is lame, or is it fine? I can imagine it would be fun for the snipers but it seems like a very lame way of killing people

where abouts in the world are you? I can help but im in New Zealand, pings might be too high?

Heres a little video from a few days ago of a friend & me at the Airstip there, we stalked some guys for a while then killed them. As we just finished looting their bodies we both got killed! It was fun :)

I'm also having problems with drinking. My status is still showing as 'Thirsty' even after drinking 3 cans. If i drink about 10 times at a pond then i become 'hydrated' but it doesnt last long. I've had this problem for 3 or 4 days now, different servers as well.
