Still getting this same bullshit problem, need to re-verify the cache every single time I wanna play this thing... I've tried re-installing steam, re-installing the game, deleting the BattlEye folders in both the Steam directory and in the AppData directory. Kinda pointless asking if refunds are available, as I'm sure they aren't. Any suggestions?

It happens for CS:GO too, every other game works spot on. I already got a reply from them: Thank you for contacting Steam Support. Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it). Delete all of the files in this folder except: - Steamapps and Userdata folders - Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo) Restart your computer. Then, launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut. With Steam running, re-test the original issue. Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games. If the issue persists, make sure your network is optimized for Steam: Didn't work, just about ready to give up with this game. Serious question, IS A REFUND POSSIBLE? THIS IS 100% BOLLOCKS AND A WASTE OF MONEY

Pls, reeeeefuuunnndd D: I've tried everything, this game version bug is just making a broken, buggy game even worse for me (and it's pretty hard for this thing to get worse..) I've tried deleting all the BattlEye folders (including the one in appdata) and re-verifying. I've also tried re-installing the game. What's next, re-install the fucking OS? REFUND PLS, I BEG YOU DEVELOPERS.

I assume re-funds aren't available? This thing's worth £3 at the minute.

I've tried all of these, re-verifying is a temporary fix.I'm not re-installing steam and re-downloading all 30 or so games, but I've re-installed DayZ and ran Steam as administrator. I also don't use anti-virus, no need for it.

I can't join any servers, it tells me I have an unknown game version. The only way I can play is if I re-verify the game cache, but I need to do that every single time. It re-downloads the same 2 files every time I do it, it does this for CS:GO as well. I can play every other game fine, in fact I play Epoch more than I play the standalone. Anyone had similar issues? I've tried deleting the Battleye folder and re-validating, it just downloads the same 4 files and lets me play until I exit the game and try to play again..
