    US 3480 - Banned Players

    Hi Jimmy. I was just banned tonight from your server and the funny thing is that I hadn't even played on it yet. Can you look into this for me please. My profile name is "Kono" and I just installed ARMA2 and ARMA2 OA as well as DayZ commander tonight. I read about your server on these forums as I was looking for a vanilla server. I last played DayZ in summer of 2012. At first I wasn't able to connect as I was getting a "bad version" message. Then I realized that I had a more modern version of the Dayz Mod and ARMA2 than your server was using. I installed the correct versions through DayZ Commander of those two things and attempted to connect to your server again. This time I got right onto the server, but when I tried to load in, the game hung up on the "receiving character information from server" message. I had to alt tab and stop the process as the game froze for over ten minutes this way. I waited a few minutes and I once again tried to log onto your server using DayZ commander and this time before I ever got onto the server I get the message "You were kicked off the game. (BattlEye: Admin Ban (BP addmagazinecargo - 1 Kono 29.05.2014 15:52:21)) I have no clue why I was banned and kicked... As I said I didn't ever get into the game and I haven't done anything other than what I stated above. No files modifed, just the basic install of ARMA2, OP Arrowhead, and DayZ Commander. Could you look into this for me please when you have a minute. Thanks much.
