The night time needs major fixing, BI has already stated that, till then most just will not play basically with their monitor off. There is no skill no fun to be had running around in pitch black trying to hit a zed you cant see; its a waste of time. You cant loot you cant travel long distances, pretty much everything is better during the day till night is brought to mod level. jmho

You need to go back and read your own post mate; your starting to contradict yourself, which is not conducive to your "Psych" standpoint. better yet just move on you making a fool of your self here; thinking its your job to tell people they need help for having a different opinion than you on a game mechanic. I'm just glad your no longer a soldier, we don't need condescending self righteous "know-it-alls" running around on the battle field.

are you really trying to put real life mentality into a VIDEO GAME? and not all people have the same reactions to killing, especially in self defense; take it from a soldier. I have never thrown up got woosy or had any second thoughts about doing my JOB! telling people they need help is not your job so maybe you should back off; no one can say whats normal for others.... everyone is different.

So far I love the server. The STARS crew is small but already building alliances with other groups within your Chernarus; and we look forward to whats ahead. We are a friendly, Hero type, group new to day z; and absolutely impressed with the RP and faction politics that are happening here. Keep up the great work MOTO, and nate. (who I understand runs the server) Thanks for providing this server and this experience.

There are no bandits in SA. only kids who KOS to compensate for small packages, I run with friends only because EVERY single other person I have tried to talk to to be friendly has killed me. SO, to new players, just kill anything that moves; because if you don't it WILL kill you. don't expect social interaction or role play, there is none only a open world pvp session on every server. I guess most Day Z players are just too daft to be social.....sad really.

I'm Rev and I haven't played the mod until recently, and I got SA as a gift and I have to say it's probably the worst community I have ever seen in a game to date. I have helped 3 people just to have them kill me after, and countless deaths to people (while unarmed) just because... I guess. there is no social interaction and no camaraderie just COD kids killing everyone they find. I really hope this continues, then we can put this sad game to bed. I'm glad it was a gift so I won't feel sorry for not playing it any longer. To all you social shut ins that enjoy this game, go outside from time to time, talk to people; maybe then you won't feel the need to kill everyone in a SURVIVAL game. shesh, children always ruin good games, and age has nothing to do with acting like a child.....
