relativley same problem here you have a ( ) hud in center of your screen but you actually shoot were the - is in this example - ( ) u dont aim at the zombie you aim to the right of it at least with the AKS ak74 and akm

now i keep reading all these posts about battle eye sucking balls which they do and everyone says if they lifted the ban on all players that requested it than no one would be banned. and then they reference punkbuster. as a programer i know how punkbuster works and there is a extreme difference. punkbuster allows for random screenshots to be taken and forwarded for a punkbuster ban list for review i received such a punkbuster ban and when i appealed it they checked my record and screenshots and traced it back to a hacked server this hacked server retrieved players information and modified it ingame. now as far as our cd key being our responsability if a hacker gets it thats our fault no its not the cd keys are stored on a server outside of our control however it is also stored locally on the computer with the game. now as a former server owner when a player joins a server the cd key and guid is logged in the game server you are in for validation. and it is not our fault if while in game that information is hacked and viewed on a game server side which is about 10 percent as secure as steams security protocols. now as far as my punkbuster ban they did track it back to a hacker on a server and restored my game access problem is once they resotred game access in EA systems and punkbuster systems i was a rank 43 with 0 hrs 0 min and 0 sec of game play try explaining that one to a server admin and not be banned for suspected hacking. i had to file appeals on 50 different servers sending them a screenshot of the email from EA explaining what my stats would look like. so for everyone to say battleye is catching hackers i bet you believe the government isnt hiding secrets from the people to. everyone here that believes battleye is good and just and fair is a load of hoarse manure post for instance battleye responded you probably downloaded a trojan that stole your key. PROBABLY ISN'T A FORM OF PROOF now if battleye responded in such that per our records a battleye scan returned with this khas;okdhfojHDFKGHOdonsg. etc and this can infact be validated then yes ban there ass. but if it comes back that your CD key and Guid was accessed by an IP address in france yesterday were this hack was detected hack info kjha;lihfkladofh'kadf. etc and i see that prior to that your ip address was listed in bumfk iowa i can clearly see this wasnt you. your account has been reset enjoy the game. now of these scenario 2 is that of a reputable anticheat software scenario 1 were the term probable was used is that of a anti cheat company that doesnt know what its doing please for the love of god switch to punkbuster this battleye is worthless. i to have been globally banned reasons unknown and email with screenshots of my gameplay fun conquests and failures have been sent. i to will more than likely receive this oh you probably had this happen responce so i took it one step further by failing to provide irefutable proof of my supposed hacking they have in turn denied me access to a game i am playing correctly thus vialating the terms of service and business ethics required to be adhered to within the US and i have desputed the bank charge for this game 3 months ago and received a full refund for the game. i will be repurchasing the game later but with the knowledge that if they ban me again without even a single shred of evidence other than a we think you did this. i can get my moneyback easier that fighting with a unwilling battleye support staff

now i have allready contacted battle eye with the screenshots and gameplay footage. but i have heard they dont respond to emails fast and i have seen a couple of battleye members snooping these posts

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197981092454/screenshots/?appid=221100 is a link to my screenshots of my gameplay with my friends i was on the krazible server this morning after gearing up i was preparing to log out in the 2nd floor of the ATC jail not in the glitch room but in the hallway. when i hit player list bc i joined an empty server. after joining this server i noticed 1 more player had joined and to check if it was clear to log out and not be killed in log out mode i leaned back and alt looked around saw it was clear and moments before pressing the escape key the 1 other player clan taged d.t.k day time krazible banned me from the server. global i dont even know if this is possible for a server admin to initiate a global ban or not but i am now unable to join any servers. my steam in security text authenticated so i know know one hacked my account as u can see in the screenshots from freinds to conquests i have not been hacking. now everyone has killed someone and found that they have a hacked mag in there m4 and to see what its is like picks it up and unloads into the sky to see if it truly is infinate or not but after i did that once i dropped it in a pine tree so the now fresh spawn hacker cant find it without hacking in another one. yesterday i came from svetlajarsk as a fresh spawn and coming past osha towards ne airfield i found a sniper on sniper hill knocked him unconcious and took his mosin after killing him i scoped in on somone inside the ATC bubble or glass dome sighted in at 300 meters and shot him dont know if i killed him so i popped of a couple more shots then realised that i should have had to reload at this point but it wasnt. moments later i was killed by someone who was teleporting up the hill towards me and died. fresh spawn 3 steps banned for game hack 140 rejoined same server ran from beranzino back to ne airfield as soon as i entered the single hanger side jail i closed the double doors behind me and got same ban. thinking maybe the mosin guy was an admin i cut my losses and moved on . new server new friends . played on maybe 10 different servers for hour each gathering resources. then went to work got off work and logged in played for 6 hrs this morning havent even been to work after death after death in beranzino on the apartments i set my goal on low pop servers to regear. 5 servers later in the krazible server partialy geared up i get the global ban i am typing about

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198119470782 players name bear ibear and dino alias's bear was a fresh spawn who spawned in by beranzino and was going to run up to meet us in ne airfield on a mid pop server after 10 min of running he rubberbanded back and was battleeye banned for #140 earilier that day in dayz mod he was sent a link by a friend of his and when clicking that link it downloaded a file for a mod he removed the file from his computer and never accessed it it may be possible that a trace of the file resided but i remoted into his computer and it appears all files are intact. STEAM_0:0:79602527 is his steam id i have played with this kid multiple times and he is not a hacker or a glitcher he is a kid that is a victim of circumstance. and the circumstance is he is a moron for clicking a link. if anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated
