im at 100h+ and havent seen a hacker. they exist yes. You will never be able to wipe em out. Unless there is a law, where these guys can sent to prison for making companies lose money and customers. THEN it will be much more less cheaters. Who wants to go to prison because of cheats? Until then. we have to live with it. If battle-eye reports someone for changed files or something, leave the server only to be sure. But for me, i dont care if i die... Its fun to gather again all my stuff. Its part of the game. H1Z1 will have the same problem with cheaters. They have their own servers, so they are able to watch em. Unlike DayZ. Maybe they are better with handling cheaters, but they also need employees for that, which cost money. Still they will not be able to stop em. Blizzard Entertainment is really good at fighting vs abusers at World of Warcraft, but still they cant do a thing. They sue cheat companies but they cant succeed. Thats the main Problem as already said above. And DayZ is still the game for me.

We need to wait for the item respawn patch... which is badly needed. Before that you can't say anything, about item spawns. The respawn will balance things out. If those weapons(akm,m4) have a high respawn time, they will be rare. but for now, there are server with a 30m restart time. You just jump between the fast restart servers and get your gear in no time. With respawning items. there will be probably no restart servers anymore, because this will be cheating and be banned.

if there is going to be a death penality. It will totally destroy this game. it will lose its players. Thats for sure. So you play a character, you have some gear. You got shot by a guy, who is more geared than you and shoots everyone to piss them off. You wait 10 minutes and respawn. A nice friendly guy shoots you instant after some minutes, even if you are not geared at all. So you effectivly player for 5 Minutes and wait 20 Minutes. Sorry that is totally stupid. I want to play the game and not to wait. If you are interessted in this, make a new server group called: hardcore realism. Then its a very good suggestion! There are so many idiots out there who will use this to piss players off on regular servers. And dont say: "But you have to play good! Then you can play longer!!" - You know that there are people who are not "pro" but still like the game. No one will pay money for a game which they can't play nor enjoy. "You shouldnt be able to loot your own corpse" - You spawn somewhere.... and able too loot your own corpse, why not? If a player shot you not into your head. Most of your stuff will be ruined. Also the player who shot you, will take your good stuff, which is not ruined. When you reach your corpse there will be most likely nothing left. "But you start a new life and dont know where your corpse is." - You know, you dont have to loot it. If you start a new life, roleplay it or drink alcohol until you forget it. my 2 cents.
