I followed Pax australia presentation, follow hicks messages on twitter, eugene too, read the reddit page often, but i cant remenber someone discussing development of survival gamplay mechanics. All you get is look a this new death animation, this animation will change the game, heres FN FAL new cars cloths and guns post processing, new UI ....... -
I just want a survival game, not a walking+looting+pewpewpew simulator imo dont starve is a far far far better survival game, even project zomboid is better, but its alpha bla bla bla things that I think will make Dayz a survival game harsh weathermotherfucking zombies that actually kill or fuck with you a lotlack of foodlack of critical survival itemsfinite staminacatch diseases when your heath is fragile(health not blood level)things that make you think, fuck i ll die if ...... i need ..... this to stay alive we dont need cars(cars are usefull but its not critical), helis, base building, or more cloths and guns, we need survival game mechanics What do you think Dayz need? Or you think is Dayz is cool as it is now? What is your opinion?

I dont think that PVM areas fit in Dayz game concept, but if PVE happen, i think that the enviroment must be really really hardcore or it ll become boring

Hello everyone, I'd like to suggest 3 Random Events to Dayz, they work like heli crash but can contain a variety of loot. 1) Supply Crate which can contain cloth, food, tools or guns. 2) Supply Truck: can contain cloth, food, tools or guns. But they would be located on the roads 3) Dead Survivor Corpse: tools, small caliber guns, ammo, cloth and food What you think? -
Hi everyone, i 'd like to suggest a death cam where, clearly, your body is dead but you cam see what is happening around you, like zombies eating your body, or someone looting your stuff as your vision fade. edit: i mean for like 5 seconds and just first person camera

So what do you think about the development goals, set one year ago? I'll leave my opinion, i 'd like to hear yours. With 0.52 hitting stable branch today, the holidays should see some interesting gameplay. I for one look forward to the expanded options for the roleplaying communities, as well as the outstanding changes to player versus player engagements I plan to have on first person only servers (when rescuing innocents from bandits, of course!). Suppressor support, hotfixes to address the majority of the gunshot audio issues, new animations, the first iteration of the chainsaw, and of course who could forget the seasonal festivities. I hope to see you all around the Christmas tree in Novod. I'll be looking for the bear that has my name on it.
