oh yeah i know servers bug out sometimes that they don't spawn vehicles properly, this isn't the case though.

guys let me please tell my story of this server, seeing this was posted on 2nd of august this actually was my ural that has been stolen (kept it away from main camp, ural is way too obvious). i couldn't be fucked getting it back, because i had enough other vehicles anyway. i basically had almost all the vehicles on that server, but not for long. my ural was stolen (that OP probably stole again from the people that stole it from me... stealception). i knew the ural would get stolen anyway because it's almost impossible to hide such a thing. i had 2 bicycles, 2 ATV's, s1203 van, bus, red GAZ, white pickup and a UAZ on the same server. my main camp was far away from where i lost the ural and it was probably the most hidden camp ever. all the coloured cars were seperated atleast 1000M away from eachother and my atv's & bicycles were so well hidden in a tree that i had to remember the tree i put them in. the UAZ was also really well hidden and not in eyesight from where my ATV's and bicycles were, but close anyway. one day i logged out from a succesful day of getting vehicle parts with my group. i log in 9 hours later and i notice that EVERY vehicle was gone, it wasn't even possible to even see the bicycles and they got stolen. i check the trees where my ATVs were in, gone. (yes trust me, we hid them VERY well. it was almost impossible to see them, unless you're walking next to it). i check a little bit further to check if my UAZ was there, gone. i then walked towards the spot where i hid the white pickup, gone. i check the blue van spot, gone. i then check the red GAZ spot with no hope left whatsoever, and that was also gone. it all happened over 9 hours and ALSO over night time. when i woke up the server was on 7 AM and when i went to bed the server was already starting to get night time. i am not whining about losing these vehicles because oh man i've lost count on how many got stolen/eaten. i just think something fishy is going on on that server. there was no way anyone could see a bicycle hidden inside a tree in night time. also, when i still had my ural. a hacker called "Enrico" came on the server and teleported next to my group in my camp. my friend paniced and starting shooting him, he had godmode on and just 1hit my friend with his AS50 thermal scope. a different friend and I were standing looking at him to what he just did. said hacker then sat next to the corpse and repaired & refueled ALL our vehicles. he then teleported to someone else. yes, i'm pretty sure that there is something fishy going on on that server. just defending OP, don't really care about what i experienced anymore.

Hey, I've been having vehicles in my groups camp for a while now. (inb4 OP is a vehicle hoarding faggot). There's something that keeps coming back to me though which I really wonder about: I know that vehicles despawn after a minimum of 7 days if not used, but do they also despawn if you still save them meanwhile, just not move them? Do I have to put stuff in to get it to stay, or does saving alone work? Let me know, thanks.

Yes, hackers do use godmode often. I had a hacker with an AS50 thermal teleporting next to me while storing stuff in my camp. My friend paniced and started shooting a full MK 48 clip in his face, he didn't die. My friend got a bullet to the head and went to the ground instantly, I stood there watching because I already knew he was hacking, there was no point in trying to kill him. He then sat next to said friend's body and repaired all of our vehicles, and got them to full fuel. After that he teleported to someone else.

No, you have to buy Operation Arrowhead.

No, loot spawns where people are. If there's nobody in a certain town, loot will not spawn there until someone is in a certain range.

Try getting in a skype call before you open up the game. It usually only happens when you're already ingame and you pick up a phone call. The option "Do Nothing" should work with this, try rebooting your PC.

I think you spawned under a house in Novy Sobor, I assume it's a glitch and you're not the only one getting this spawn point. I'd recommend to try and roll around untill you break your leg under the house so you can actually respawn. You can also try to vault out. Google something with "Novy Sobor Spawn Point" and I'm pretty sure you'll find something that tells you how to get out.

what if geared people log out in the debug area and then log in again? will they spawn at the beach with the same gear or just respawn?

It is not reducing it even more. Read again what it says: * [FIXED] Infected hearing of shots greately reduced The bug was : Infected hearing of shots greatly reduced. Notice how it says "FIXED". It doesn't mean it gets adjusted to being reduced even more, it just says that that bug is fixed in the upcoming patch.

Rocket, ever thought about this one?: Log-out timers, I know they didn't work in the past, people used it to duplicate items. But what about you won't be able to log out when in shock or when you are bleeding. If you alt f4, your character will be stuck logged in untill either blood or shock dissapears. People could use this to then steal items from the guy and wait for them to log back in, so it's duplicated. Now I was wondering if it was possible to make it so that no one will be able to acces the guy's backpack or do anything to the player until they are actually killed/dead? (or logged back in, obviously). I think this wouldn't be a bad idea, if it was possible atleast. I don't see how people are still gonna duplicate stuff like this.

i don't see how this is gonna help against people that alt-f4. yes it does give you a timeout after a while, but it's not like a player alt-f4's every 10 minutes. EDIT: didn't read your last post, don't mind this post, looking forward to it!

thank you to all the people who just got their camps raided, found 4 camps, acquired the following: 1x Ural 2x ATV 1x Bus 1x Old Hatchback 1x GAZ 1x Bicycle 1x UAZ oh and not to mention the L85, the 4x M4 Silenced, 5x M14 aims, M107. was a fun day hunting, good luck finding it back :) anyone else had their good days finding vehicles/camps aswell? share your stories

Who keeps getting his tents/vehicles dissapeared each fucking day? I know this game is in alpha and all, but... the server lags are fucking insane and make me and my group lose vehicles and tents. We save them a shitload of times and each time we set up a new camp, the server disconnects a few hours after. When it finally gets back up everything is just gone, it's not even empty, it's just completely gone. I got told that after another server restart the stuff should be back, but it isn't. Am I the only one having this problem or what? Edit: Yes, we did switch servers. We had about 3 camps on different servers and we only have 1 vehicle left. All the others are dissapeared and the tents are nowhere to be found either.

Ok I now have 7 vehicles (Ural, 2x ATV, UAZ, Bus, Old Hatchback and a GAZ (Red), yes i know, i've been coming across camps lol) and they don't seem to "dissapear" anymore, it's just that after every server restart the vehicles dissapear from the map and I have to wait for another restart to get the vehicles back in it's position. I'm not sure if this ALWAYS happens but it surely happens after every restart for me and my group. Does anyone of you have any clue why?

I find myself having the least lag issues on US servers, and I am European. I have no idea what the latency has to do with this. It doesn't make a huge difference and for me alot of the EU servers are desyncing even worse. I haven't played in a couple of days and I'm not sure if it's already fixed, but since 1.7.2 the servers started lagging really bad, which caused some of them (where our camps were on) to restart without giving any warning. We've had camps on both a 20 ms server and a 150+ ms server. It makes no difference. There is absolutely NO way anyone could destroy our camp just because of a small restart. We get the no message received error near our camp, we log back in at our camp, and it's all dissapeared. That takes about 5 minutes of getting back in the server, how could anyone possibly destroy everything there is. You can keep trying to convince me it's other people fucking around with our camps, but it's not.

No. Our camps were on low populated servers and well hidden. Our tents just dissapeared, they were not flattened to the ground. This isn't people stealing them, this is insane desync that doesn't save any progress on the server whatsoever.

Today, me and 3 friends, playing around on DE 19 (Hosted by TAIWENDO ([email protected])) decided to head off to NW airfield to do a nice loot run. The server didn't have a lot of people on it so we just rushed through the airfield. Arriving at south barracks I spot 2 guys in the southern barracks and I ask my group if it were them. They said no one was in there, so I unloaded half a clip of my AKM in them. I look at the bottom left and one of the guys was Taiwendo. Our group actually had a good laugh because we never killed a server admin before. After looting their sweet Bizon SD and M16 ACOG we decide to go to Vybor to get some supplies, then come back to see if something else is happening at NW. Once back at the southern barracks we see another guy in the barracks. We obviously kill him, I arrive somewhat later and decide to guard the group a bit, camping behind the barracks in a pine tree. This is where it all happened, I get shot and I didn't even have time to turn around. I respawn at Komarovo and I check out the lighthouse. I get the message "BattlEye Ban: (Cheating/Hacking)". I literally have NO idea why this message would come up. Is this me or is this some 12 year old admin who gets pissed because he gets killed by someone who's playing on his server? I really wonder cause I haven't even touched a hacked weapon, imagine me hacking in general. I was really scared that it was a global ban because it was my first time getting banned, and I thought BattlEye bans would only go for global ones. Luckily it isn't global, even though I still wonder why the fuck I would get banned for killing an admin. Is there any way to resolve this issue? This admin doesn't reply to his e-mails because I have already sent one a few days ago about what made my stuff dissapear (probably server rollback, wanted to be sure though). Oh and if you read this, Taiwendo: thanks for the sweet bizon, Got it safely stored on another server ;)

Yeah he kept coming back spawning with an AS50. Also for some reason it kept giving us friendly fire kills when we killed him two times. (Wasn't because of group leader, me and seaturtlzz both had it and having other kills was completely fine.

Why server hop? So you tell me I should always stick to one server or else I'm a server hopper? The one where we have our camp on really lags and I ofcourse got back on it to get the Bizon in a safe place. I don't know why that would be seen as server hopping, I don't camp barracks and switch servers constantly. Also, that logging out was like 15 minutes after killing them, I then came back pretty quick. Oh and I care because it's a decent server to play on. Have been playing on there for quite some time and it always worked fine for me.

FPS is often also affected by ping issues. when I go on high ping servers i tend to have FPS issues aswell. check if the servers you join don't have a ridiculous latency.
