Some cloths could increase the skill toward one side or other while using it. Like surgeon gloves could push the bar towards precision while using it, the moment you take it off the bonus stops too. On the other way working gloves should push the skill bar toward strength. In addition specialized gear could have others benefits like tactical gloves could reduce the aim oscillation or recoil. Working boots and some other boots could increase the speed when carrying too much weight like crates, tires and logs. And so on.

We could be able to create wood signs. Could be usefull on server that have a little role play to mark areas, like a camp sign warning trespassers and stuff. Could be like the paper and pen you get closer and click and show the content

Now that you can rotate items some inventory on clothes or pouches should have internal compartment. Like the pockets, the pants have 2 pockets on front and each pocket could be 2x3 but you shouldn't put same item using both. Like, it's kinda weird a coocking pot on a pants pockets. Some vest too. With that you could even increase the inventory size as it get "harder" to put stuff on inventory. Like pants could have front pockets and back pockets, the back could have a slot of 2x2. Usefull to put smaller items as machtboxes, bullets or other stuff. Plus i think you could "save/configure" some slots for a particular piece of gear, as "that slot is for a specific item, if you get a item on ground pressing F you would never put on that "saved" slot.

You should build a one way door to get out of base without need to lock or even with a bolt you can only open from one side.

Could have some different types of doors for base building, the first i thought was a exit door, a small door that you could only open from inside (one side) and once you close it you need to open from inside. This improve the quality of life, you dont need to open the combination lock all the time you want to get out, you'll just need to get in. As exiit doors, could have also doors for people only, not that big gates. Also gates that open to the other side so you can make double gates

Could have some different types of spawn. Like some infected could be on the ground hibernating and only wakes up if a players pass near it. Should be like a dead zombie so players thinks its dead. Could be inside a car and get out if you pass near it. Buildings. Some could be eating something on the ground instead just wandering.

I already posted about it years ago. Should have events that a horde spawn (like a helicrash) and walk on the map. Dunno, once a day or 12 hours. Or even rarer. To me horde should have some paths and walk on it till find players and chase them. Something like it.

We should be able to put rain coat ontop of all other pieces of cloth. But it shouldn't have inventory space.

To me it should only start with immunity to weather conditions for something like an hour starting when you re-spawn. Cos its prettly lame if you start in a server with rain, you'll die before you can collect anything to even survive, as the cold is the worst "npc" foe in the game. You cannot even get things to heat you up. So what happens, if you re-spawn in a server with rain conditions or people leave to another server or it dies, so no one really start on it, If you try or you die from freezing or you'll die from starvation cos you need to get inside a building and cannot get out till rain stops.

It was a long time of this suggestion. Now i'll reply cos i am to playing it again. First of all, i don't think people really understand the suggestion, people want to refute without even READ for real, think or discuss, now with weather and harder loot, specially in spaw areas, that i thought it would be, made it clear to me. About that: Didn't mean every time you login, its a fresh new character, after die for exemple. You "born" in this world and it's raining, if you run in the wild you'll more likely die of hypotermia, you can't make fire everywhere nor can find so easly stuff, If you find a house and enter, you'll probly be soaked and will eventually die of hypotermia, if you don't you'll get hungry more and more, and you can't get out to find food or you'll die of hypotermia. If "critcs" thought and read with a little more attention people would realize i never said immunty on ALL things, this would be stupid.. Probly they didnt even read the post, only the title. Never said immunity to damage, to starvation, disease or anything else, BUT rain/weather effects or cold. Pretty much, if you "born" ou respawn a NEW character in a server thats raining, i BET you'll log out and go to another one to escape the rain. To me is pretty much clear and logic that new chars should have rain immunity for a time. And why it isnt any respawn, only new characters in the world, cos if your char already have like 30 minutes or more, for exemple 2 hours, you should have at least some things to make you survive a rain, to get a shelter, heatpack. Even if you login in the middle of wilderness. But new chars don't.

DayZ could reward some players actions. The rewards i thouthg was: If you kill all zombies in the area you could get a boost on loot on that Area and the next loot zone you enter. Or you could recieve a 30 minutes loot boost. This could work perfectly with the dynamic loot system. As once you approach the building the loot spawn. This could be a boost for each zombie you kill you get a little boost on loot and if you clean all zone a better boost. The other reward system i thought was about killing players or dont, if you kill a player you already get his loot as reward. But the game could reward the action better, as, if you walk with another player or get at a distance and dont kill or damage, or have any action such as kidnap, you could get some boost, in speed travel, or decrease speed your stats drops as hungry. And players could start with a lower accuracy or dispersion, each zombie/player you kill with fire arms could increase the accuracy with it to a maximum. And each you kill in melee could increase melee damage and/or speed.

Once you start/respawn you could have some immunity for like 30 minutes. Like temperature drop. You spawn with nothing and with hungry, if its raining and you go outside your temperature drops and you may die of cold, if in your area you cannot find food or cloths and it's raining you'll stucked inside a building or risk need to walk a lot of minutes in the rain. You could have like 30 minutes of temperature immunity or at least immunity from the rain.

Zombies not hard, it only consumes time. I can easly take out 5 zombies with bare hands. It'll only take a lot of time.
