Confirmed, this has happened a few times recently on this server. My group got teleported to somewhere near Pavlovo. If anyone has any evidence that points towards the hacker, I know the admin personally, and I'm sure we can get them banned quickly.

I agree, these are not rage tears. They are delicious tears. On a more serious note...I too frown on targeting fresh spawns. I think it's a waste of good firepower, and I wish everyone with good military equipment would come up North and PVP around Stary or something. That said, however, I know good and well that if my squad hadn't picked up some basic experience sniping Elektro and other coastal areas, they'd be worth exactly dick in a real PVP situation. That, and everyone should be able to play the way they choose. So what if they are compensating for something? Left to do their thing, they are pathetic enough...but when they manage to harvest tears as well as they have here...their actions are reinforced, justified, and can be viewed as an accomplishment. I for one know that if I shot an unarmed guy and he immediately ran to cry about it on the forums...I will enjoy those tears far more than I would enjoy their beans or lack thereof.

1.7.2.3/94876 combo working beautifully for me. I have all of my 1.7.1.5 gear intact. I have looted the NE airfield, stolen a V3S, and hiked around in the woods in search of ponds, and have no complaints about performance or infected difficulty. I have played on two different servers, and logged off once on the first, logged in at the correct position and with the correct inventory. When I logged out in 1.7.1.5 I had camo on, now I am in civilian clothing. This is the only problem I've encountered. Awesome patch! Edited to add: I have no idea how I managed to have black text and white background. Sorry if that irks anyone...

Not a bad idea at all, but I think it's a higher priority to let us drink from water sources with or without a bottle.

Kinda makes me want to visit this server for a serious murder spree.

I am playing on a relatively new server. As we understand it, this server never had a helicopter spawn, as it was created after the helicopter spawns were disabled. Is there any way this thing is legit, or is this a confirmed hack? I am on TS with one of the server admins now, and he is presently fighting with the people that had the helicopter, and trying to take command of it. He asked me to make this post. Thanks! Edited for clarity: This is a fully operational helicopter with M240's mounted on either side. The server admins were under the impression that no flyable helicopter has ever naturally spawned on this server.

I'm not really a bandit. Current life has been living in the northwest for 4-5 days with zero murders, zero bandit kills. However, I've killed a newbie fresh off the coast in a panic once, when I walked into a barn and he whipped around with his Makarov in my face...I fired first and asked questions later. I also play with a small group of friends most of the time, usually a total of less than 4, most often just 2 of us at a time in different combinations. If one of us has died recently and has no gear...it's more important to our enjoyment of the game to get our mate geared up, whatever it takes. Sadly if you aren't in my group of friends, your enjoyment is worth less than ours, and we will take your bag and rifle to get our friends up to speed. However, when we're all geared up and out looting, we are more likely than anything to watch you from afar, and only kill you if you present a threat. Definitely not a bandit, but I've got a handful of murders under my belt. It's all circumstantial.
